I ordered five dishes roughly and apart from the lovely and sour pork, these were all pretty digusting. Garlic veggies tasted like they'd already been prepared in the sewer; fried wonton batter has been cheesy in flavour and vivid orange; shrimp cakes had been like chewing onsofa foam. All that with rice and coke found 430 pesos! My jaw almost snapped off. WHEN I sat eating most that ran through my brain was, "Why did We come here? This is a mistake, this is a blunder." Felt vaguely queasy and ill after. Service was fast and friendly. Sadly they need to shovel this.

Harbour Town is unremarkable. Whoever has taste genuine dim sum in China or Singapore can let you know that whatever they work there isn't it. Thr cafe is horribly overstaffed, even more staff than customers, pressing carts around and offering food. The meals was bland and the costs were mediocre.

Meal was alright, the wait has been a bit lengthy though. But I did so complete my lunch hr so that it was okay. Menus has a large amount of range and the service had been agreeable, the carts making use of their available foods were somehow on to the floor mostof the time.

We are several 10. We purchase a couple of group menu. Therefore while waiting we purchase some dim sum meals. The dim sum had been typical in taste with huge portions. The set menus of steam fried rice, fried extra ribs, steam seafood fillet, vegetable, noodles, 3 type mushrooms, and coconut pudding for desert for only one 1,900.00 pesos that has been really cheap. The flavor still average.

The nice developing, available parking slot at front was certainly inviting just as much of downtown Dumaguete is parking hell. Therefore we went in at 2:00 pm, for a late lunch. A lot of empty tables, properly air conditioned, some personnel were having a past due lunch, too. There have been 2 other occupied tables. Menu has been quite extensive, many dim sum. Properly costed. Ordered shrimp siomai, pork spareribs, lovely & sour pork, nice & sour seafood, garlic spareribs. First to arrive even though were my yangchow fried rice & beef steak rice. Yangchow was bland, bad, devote soy sauce with kalamansi to include some flavor The beef steak rice had been a bit better. Shrimp siomai has been newly cooked however, not as tasty as other people tasted before. Pork spareribs has been ok, others were so-so. Good thing, overall bill was no more than P460 with senior discount. It had been really inexpensive. Wait employees were courteous & effective but food is actually not good., One visit will do.
