Every December, my friends and I stay at Bethel Guest Home and would constantly eat at Cafe Filomena for the affordable breakfast meals and wonderful look at of the boulevard. Nevertheless, this year's knowledge at the cafe had been extremely disappointing. Although our foods was still great,we couldn't think that the brewed espresso we used to like could grow to be so poor - it had been like warm water with a hint of espresso. Even instant espresso was much better than what these were brewing. We have no idea if their device was broken or should they were working out of espresso grounds but I really do wish they fix this.

This cafeteria is inside our hotel. Given that they dont offer free of charge breakfast we eat within the morning. Food tastes okay. The most common tapa, tocino, longanisa and egg. There is also bangus, danggit among others. We furthermore tried their snack foods, siopao n siomai and lumpia.Each is ok and from very affordable price.

This is actually the canteen inside bethel guest house located at the bottom floor. They assist bf, lunch and supper and open until 9:30pm. Good meals variety, affordable and huge servings!

Breakfast offerings are regular Filipino (tapa, corned beef, seafood, etc) and continental. Obtained stuck in the resort at dinner time & most prepared foods was gone by 730pm on a weekday evening. Ordered ala carte: steamed seafood and "bird's nest" soup with crab. Actually great.

This restaurant supplies a wide selection of foods, you do not need to venture out downtown merely to eat. The meals are delicious too. In addition, it includes a free wifi.

I like fruit salad for breakfast. There's only one invest Dumaguete City that acts this, to my knowledge--Cafe Filomena. I could eat my salad while taking pleasure in the view of the ocean.

For me personally, the Halo-Halo with ube ice cream is the greatest in Dumaguete and my own farovite! We want to come to Filomena furthermore for the tasty shakes, the burger and the siopao. Ideally the Filomena will stay the way it really is. A good mixof locals and foreigners savoring the Filipino cuisine. A nicely cooled area with very friendly services, free cool water, cheap costs and a good view on the Dumaguete boulevard.

Refreshing sliced fruit, carrot juice. Healthy choices. And requested no msg. Directly on the waterfront. Couldn't become more pleased to discover this place. Furthermore super reasonable prices

we had an excellent breakfast here. The meals was awesome. I possibly could say inexpensive but wonderful. We purchased beefsteak, humba, porkchops and velvet cake and halohalo. Try getting breakfast here you'll like it.
