Every December, my friends and I stay at Bethel Guest Home and would constantly eat at Cafe Filomena for the affordable breakfast meals and wonderful look at of the boulevard. Nevertheless, this year's knowledge at the cafe had been extremely disappointing. Although our foods was still great,we couldn't think that the brewed espresso we used to like could grow to be so poor - it had been like warm water with a hint of espresso. Even instant espresso was much better than what these were brewing. We have no idea if their device was broken or should they were working out of espresso grounds but I really do wish they fix this.

This cafeteria is inside our hotel. Given that they dont offer free of charge breakfast we eat within the morning. Food tastes okay. The most common tapa, tocino, longanisa and egg. There is also bangus, danggit among others. We furthermore tried their snack foods, siopao n siomai and lumpia.Each is ok and from very affordable price.

This is actually the canteen inside bethel guest house located at the bottom floor. They assist bf, lunch and supper and open until 9:30pm. Good meals variety, affordable and huge servings!
