I have read the testimonials of cafe Antonio's and idea that it was time that We treated myself and my partner to a good sit down elsewhere ! Coffee is a issue all of its, from selecting the right coffee beans, theroasting, the grinding of the coffee beans, the maintainance of the coffee maker, the heating system of the glass, the proper extraction of the crema, the heating system of the milk to the proper temprature, and the helping of the espresso to the customer ! Sadly within Cafe Antonio's not one of this was taken into account. I requested for a set white ! a simple coffee, similar to a cappuchino but without froth. i described this 3 x, until i believed I had obtained through and then I acquired a luke warm espresso, that was not strong enough ! To create matters even worse, either the coffee had been stake and over extracted or the beasn have been allowed ground yesterday, since it was stale and incredibly bitter. It was an extremely sad experience, especially following the comments which were made about this put on this and different sites. The meals that have been ordered were better within their presentation and in addition content, My wife gets the lovely and sour Pork with rice and said that she enjoyed it,. as furthermore did our eating Guest, and the pork chops, with rice had been furthermore accept with relish. I The complete place really requires a new supervisor, someone with the comittment and eye for information which are so deperately needed. For the time being, if you need an excellent cup of coffee, head to Harold's Mansion and obtain one at their restaurant.... In the event that you book in, the espresso is free !

Our traveling wouldnt be full without trying whats amazing in dumaguete. Therefore we headed to the cafe to use what they are able to offer. We'd the Mango Crepe, mocha frap, veggie salad, cafe espresso and yes, these were all good. and because we cant getenough of these menus, we ate our lunch time again to use their meals. We'd the rice foods and steak. Costs were affordable. The atmosphere has a mixture of Old spanish design. however the entire cafe is really a bit gloomy. probably they should then add lights and decorations.
