Greatest halo halo ever, without doubt! A uniquely authentic Dumaguete halo halo, I've never really had halo halo such as this before. The ice is indeed creamy and great. I recommend this place. It is a little tough to notice from the primary road, but simply lookfor the Total fuel station on Hibbard Ave, across Harold's Mansion. It's in exactly the same complex as Total.
