Arbour maintains its excellent day after time, week on week, month after 30 days. And, we are able to all hope, every year. Our foodie journeys to Dumaguete hinge around Arbour. Emerged here with my Girlfriend showing her top quality European food i must say the food we'd was excellent. The Smoked Mackerel Salad had been delicious followed by CHICKEN WHITE MEAT with Ratatouille and Beef Cheek with Burgandy or merlot wine sauce. The Chef has been sokind to why don't we try out the homemade soup that was absolutely amazing to complete i experienced Creme Brulee that was again incredible. As a Chef myself i could absolutely recommend this place. Truthfully test it out for i can guarantee you won't be disappointed 🙂

All in all the best restaurant in Dumaguette.
