    My girlfriend and We were buying quick lunch spot inside dumaguete inbetween 2 Ferry rides and found this charming eating place on a non-touristic location a little out of center. The restaurant is 4-5 a few months old and is runned by way of a German couple.The menus is Changed every 3 weeks. We'd the smoked macrel, a brand new beetroot salad sobre gnocchi having an auberginemousse plus some grilles veggies. Each dish was extremely delightful! Among the best meals we'd throughout our trip in the Philipines. Also quite friendly staff with eye for detail!( F.electronic. Alaways a complete glass of fresh drinking water) We still left our luggage there for two hrs inbetween the Ferry rides which was not an issue at all. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone going to dumaguete!

    Attracted by the many very positive reviews we'd lunch today from Arbour's, a fresh restaurant in Dumaguete. We were stunned by the mix of 1) the relaxed but organised environment, 2) our delicious three course lunch time, 3) the recommended white wines to accompany ourmeal, 4) the entertaining yet modest Chef/Proprietor, 5) the impeccable services and 6) the friendly price for this all. No easy act to check out and threfore certainly a location to visit more frequently.

    Arbour maintains its excellent day after time, week on week, month after 30 days. And, we are able to all hope, every year. Our foodie journeys to Dumaguete hinge around Arbour. Arbour is the greatest in a city having an astounding variety and breadth of dining places.I had the regular special, beef stew. Not really wealthy, hearty beef stew for a chilly winter's night. But soft, mild, joyful beef stew where the beef and the veggie each had its specific taste, but additionally blended together with one another.     Emerged here with my Girlfriend showing her top quality European food i must say the food we'd was excellent. The Smoked Mackerel Salad had been delicious followed by CHICKEN WHITE MEAT with Ratatouille and Beef Cheek with Burgandy or merlot wine sauce. The Chef has been sokind to why don't we try out the homemade soup that was absolutely amazing to complete i experienced Creme Brulee that was again incredible. As a Chef myself i could absolutely recommend this place. Truthfully test it out for i can guarantee you won't be disappointed 🙂

Im not huge on steamed or poached seafood as I usually think it is bland, however, not Jan's flawlessly completed Dorado w/ a Vierge sauce. Jan has totally changed my estimation about fish prepared in this manner. It is the best item on the menus! The ambience is wonderful and there's a pool in the trunk so bring your Panel Shorts and Bikinis to take a day dip while enjoying brunch! Preferrably with something fizzy at hand. All in all the best restaurant in Dumaguette.
