The meals was good however the ambiance wasn't impressive. They stocked their celebration balloons in the restaurant because of their other function someplace. While we're consuming and enjoying the meals, 4 of these balloons exploded in a gap of 2 to five minutes and it scaredus. I cannot wait to keep. We left with this blood circulation pressure raising up.

My niece celebrated her 1st birthday at Resort Tropika whose official caterer was Cafe Aseya. The hotel was alright however the caterer was terrible! My sister purchased buffet best for 40 pax. Since more folks (than expected) arrived that night time, my sister made a decision to orderother viands from the menus to accomodate those that came late and weren't able to consume from the buffet (because the warmers were currently almost empty). Furthermore, it had been evident that most, or even all guests weren't satisfied with the meals and program of the caterer. Most severe thing was, they didn't tell my sister they were charging per head more than the 40 pax. Even while we thought that people were only to purchase the excess orders my sister produced. Only if we knew they'll charge us this way, we're able to have demanded more foods to be offered buffet-style. They must be thankful my sister is an extremely pleasant person. Though she had been disappointed she were able to control her temper. Furthermore, whenever we looked for their supervisor she insisted on the obviously erroneous rip-off design of charging. Food had not been really buffet! It had been never enough to satiate also young kids! Not forgetting we even compensated corkage for lechon and also brought light snacks. It was such as for example an annoying encounter with such UNPROFESSIONAL Individuals.The staff couldn't even answer our complaints. We could've insisted our stage and still left without paying given that they didn't have even a legally binding agreement to start with! Nothing really specific at all! Among the foods We liked from aseya before has been the roti prata due to the curry sauce that was cooked from scratch and had potatoes but recently the curry tadted enjoy it originated from insant curry, the meals was no more as delicious anddisappointing and they also get really long to assist the food still hough we were the only real clients. And the mango shake had been watered down.
