We ate at the eating place since almost all cafe in SM Dasma are fully pack.The meals came one at a time and minus the spoon and fork.Drinks we ordered came after only we implemented - up. The Buko shake my girl ordered never emerged and after4 follow-up (nearly 30 mins),they'll just say...it isn't available.This type of poor customer support. The management maybe will not know this because they don't have supervisor working even at lunchtime or the management will not value it.Never we shall get back in to this eating place where waiters and workers aren't trained to do customer support.

My sister and her boyfriend went their to use the Eatigo 50% lower price. And guess they sensed outcast and dissatisfied. . First their reservation period is 3pm that is why they proceeded to go 2:59 pm and the employees told them to hold back for some time. And mysister and bf waited for approximately 15 minutes prior to the personnel gave them the menus. Then the employees told them to hold back for him to obtain their orders. The personnel obtain orders after 20 mins. The serving period is after 45 a few minutes to 1 1 hr. And the meals they served isn't for 1-2 persons. It could only feed 1 individual for the Alige and for the sizzling poultry it was burnt. When they requested for the expenses it got 30 mins to find the costs. When my sister obtained home she complained concerning this therapy. She felt sad probably because their reservation will be 50% discounted that is why the staffs deal with them like this. It's kinda disrespectful rather than fair. They ought to treat their customers similarly. . EASILY was there I'd pay the full quantity and scold them so that they would learn their error.
