Place to opt for a family or perhaps a group. The meals are tasty. I really like the seafood! Value for money and incredibly accessible since it's correct across the highway. One of the best Seafood restaurant within Dagupan.

Good food similar to home-cooked meal in conjunction with great service. If there have been areas of enhancement, I wish they might do something to regulate the flies at the interior dining area

We were a family group of four who drove from Baguio and stopped by Matutina's for lunch time. There's sufficient parking room with shade provided by some trees. We ordered sinigang na salmon stomach (salmon tummy stew), daing na bangus (fried dried milkfish), pork barbeque and sari-saringinihaw (grilled seafood with fresh vegatables privately), in addition to a rice platter. We furthermore ordered refreshing buko (coconut) and ripe mango shake. It required about 20 minutes to allow them to offer it to us nonetheless it was well worth the wait around. Everything we ordered had been delicious and excellently ready. It had been so good that people decided to order another rice platter. My girl cherished the sinigang and the best was the grilled meats. The dried milkfish has been a healthy option for the elderly aunt who accompanied us on our trip. We were all easily full by the end of the dinner, and there have been no leftovers! The restroom was clean, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, the servings were big and affordable, and the service was professional. Two thumbs up! Certainly world-course Filipino cuisine at its finest.

We went there to celebrate the birthday celebration of my boy, it was an excellent experience, the meals was served 10-15 minutes that is ok, since we have been busy talking to one another. The milkfish and prawns, super excellent. Certainly we shall come back.
