Nestled inside a major shopping mall within North Cebu is really a diamond within the rough. A bit rough round the edges and sometimes not pretty to check out - the authentic Japanese cuisine of Kotobukiya Eating place is something not to be missed. Familyowned and managed, Kotobukiya is actually nothing pretty to check out. Old red bench-style seat adore the inside - a throw-back again to the 1960's ... and when Godzilla was rather a midget in disguise, s/he would experience right at home. But you don't knowledge Kotobukiya for not the food. In fact it is exceptional! Truly authentic with spices and toppings taken to the Philippines straight from Japan - you will not have an improved culinary experience anywhere. My personal favorite may be the steamed Gyoza with boneless poultry privately - finished with a plate of fresh Miso soup. Yum. Yum. You can find multiple offerings of Miso Ramen and also delicately carved Sashimi or Abri Salmon. Money in to your frequent flyer kilometers - fly to Cebu and leap in the initial taxi you will find for a brief drive north. You too will see Kotobukiya to become a culinary experience that's well worth your time and effort!

The only real Japanese restaurant in the Mall. They serve genuine Japanese dishes. Very little of the menus but ideal for you to try Japanese dish at the Mall.
