rolls looked inconsistent and falls apart when picked up-_- unagi was kind of mushy and didn’t taste fresh.. wagyu steak was ok but nothing amazing.. i would be less critical but i found the food overpriced. On the other hand, Service was amazing.. had only one server but she was able to manage the tables well.

Very bad experience at this restaurant. Came here during Good Friday since this was one of the restaurants that was open. Our food took more than an hour to cook and their vegetable roll was a rip off. We had to follow up so many times to make sure we get the rest of the food.Would never come back here again.

Not satisfied with our visit. We were outside at the podium waiting for a staff to approach us but no staff accommodated us. We had to seat ourselves inside.Staff who took our order doesn't know her menu. She was kind but it gave off a bad impression. She had to go back inside and ask the cook what are the ingredients on the food.

Had high hopes.. Aaaand those were shot down upon arrival. The place seemed understaffed as we waited at the hostess podium for a good ten minutes to no avail. The server saw us, and continued to stare us down while acting as if they were so so busy.Ambience: the inside is as quiet as an old tomb, literally. Pretty sure there was a mean ghost managing the place. Service protocol way outdated. Some cool bottles, art deco, and unagi tank to look at while regretting your choice to eat here instead of Gibbs hot wings upstairs.Food? Hmm... I'll start with something somewhat nice to say. The gyoza is not half bad, and it's edible. Was looking forward to the raw handmade udon noodle takeout but unfortunately after taking the order they informed us later that they had no more. The ugly: I got the curry udon which had something very questionable hidden within. Crunchy yet dissolvable. Managed to detect a small orange hard thingy. My theory? Fish food. Why was it in there? Don't care, at least it wasn't glass.

Great place for lunch. Prompt service. The gyoza and udon was excellent. Reasonable price too, under 800p total for two orders of each.  I will be back soon with the kids - they love Japanese food.
