Went like a couple of for a late lunch time. Got nachos and a grilled cheese, with tomato and bacon. The service and meals were good (worth four stars), however the place was filled up with tobacco smoke. That knocks it down an even, for us.

It is a Pub-style place which has the very best chicken wings in Cebu Town. Even better they're half cost on Monday's and Fridays.

Seemed to be the cozy hole within the walls where everyone understands your name environment. The service & the meals were good and appreciated the intimacy of the area. It wasn't a big raucous masses, but Evonne was in to the game.

I'm from the Buffalo NY region and they are hard down probably the most Authentic wings I've had in Cebu. That is my new wing place. Good job!
