Been praising this still before it found cebu. ‘Tis one of tacloban’s best! Big servings, reasonable costs, great menu selection and variety. Flavourful too! I repeatedly said moderate rare also it came beyond done well that lots of parts were burned. I asked for dark pepper plus they said none! Wtf? I simply had pepper steak! No service drinking water too coz the grumpy and sullen waiter said the shipping didnt come. At leasr wifi was alright and the aircon was great. Once you come, ask very first should they have water, condiments and such. Hahhahha! These were real lucky i had not been in a mood to argue.
