I lived inside Thailand for 4 years and ate just Thai meals. At Siam, I purchased Gang Massaman, a slight muslim beef curry with peanuts. Ironically I recommended it to rwo Germans sitting down close to me who experienced informed the waiter they didn't likehot/spicy food. But, when We ate my foods, my mouth began to burn. Why therefore very much curry powder, I believed. After that it dawned on me. Not an excessive amount of curry power, an excessive amount of salt. I drank lemon grass beverage by the cup and service water as well. An easy task to fix. Just decrease the salt by 90%. Until after that, I will not risk a do it again. No way.

Resulted in for lunch at 230pm very well after lunchtime hurry in that which was practically an empty eating place. The supervisor, Elvis, informed us that people couldn’t sit down where we sat yesterday at the corner since it was limited to groups. As the cafe had no reservedsigns no expectation of an organization imminently arriving this sort of nonsense is annoying beyond belief. I utilized to manage a eating place and wouldn’t be considered a) losing profits b) future custom made and c) accepting that lots of discerning TA visitors won’t waste their cash coming here if they're likely to get similar therapy. We ate over the way, within their competitor, Lemon Grass, who have been 1000 much better off than Siam because of Elvis’ failure to take care of customers well.

Good and good,ordered the laab moo and the spicy papaya sallad,also it was sufficient, maybe little to very much lemongrass and ginger inside the laab moo but alright, think i am back
