Food is fine. The service was slow tonight since a group of Chinese tourists ordered lots of stuff, so it affected other customers.

It'smy first time to try Shakey's Lasagna and I was a bit disappointed. Other than that, we usually order the same food eabsolutelytime we dine at Shakey's. Tin this spot were lots of customers and several orders/requests were easily overlooked yet it's always nice when teamworker members go for him take the time to apologize and explain🤓🤓. Pizza canteens always take longer time to serve.

However, I'm glad one server actually apologized for the delay and explained the situation.
