When you want to eat healthy, do the Shabu Way. This is a absolutely popular way of preparing food for East Asians. Ton this spot are dipping sauces that you can use after slightly boiling the meats and veggies in the hot pot. We're used to overly spiced and flavored meals.

Both the meat & soup💩. The broth could keep a little more flavor and depth to it.
