Never have I found pochero meat as tender as Sabel's! Its tasty and soft meat makes you want to crave for more.We ordered the large size but it is more than enough for us 5.Their tortang talong is also very delicious. It is cooked with meat covered in a batter that looks very enticing and neat.You can never go wrong ordering these two! @alvin ong @paul mendoza

Sabel's Pocherohan is the longest I don't know how many years was. The first time I tasted their Pochero and Lechon Kawali when I was a grader back in the 2000s and I can still remember the taste of their specialty. The Pochero and Lechon Kawali was still the Best that I've been longing for. Tried other menu which is the tortang talong was also delicious. They have Halo-Halo and other cold dessert serving plus live band serenading to customers while others enjoy their delicious Pochero being serve well. Trust Me! The Pochero and Lechon Kawali is a good pair. 👍

There are plenty of "pocherohans" here in Cebu that boast they are the best and all. Sabel's would be one of those. Basically their pochero has a distinct salty taste, not really overpowering but for those who haven't tried the dish yet, it'd be a turn-off for them. But overall I'd say they can get it done.
