I was so hyped concerning this place after viewing so many great testimonials and even viewing it on the tv screen as Cebu's best lechon. I'd not recommend this spot to anyone when i was so disappointed. You can find so many better locations thanthis. I attempted it at two various Rico locations but still feel like that is an over ranked lechon. Both instances I attempted the lechon it had been served cold or area temperature. It doesn't perform anything for me.

First restaurant we visited when after arriving inside Mactan Airport. We've already attempted Rico's lechon in Glorietta and we were dissatisfied. So we wished to try the main one in Cebu wishing it will taste much better. We ordered the standard taste and the spicy.We also ordered ngohiong and adobong kangkong. The lechon has been so salty, both tastes. It had been like they sprinkled it with salt. And the ngohiong had been drippingnin oil. My partner had to clean it with desk napkin first. Not heading back to any Rico's lechon once again. We have tried an area vendor of lechon in Mactan 2 times after. The people you see across the street promoting it by kilos. That tasted way much better than Rico's lechon.

We visited Rico’s Lechon while we were residing in Cebu. We didn't eat in, but purchased half of a kg for takeaway. Their Lechon can be yummy and don’t possess strong porky smell. Services is fast and costs are reasonable.

I am creating to write an assessment cum COMPLAIN in accordance with my lechon order final New Year (January 1, 2020). placed an purchase of 1 whole lechon (medium dimension) at Rico's axis branch. In the receipt I decided to grab the lechon at 11:30in the early morning of January 1, 2020. I attained Rico's Axis 11AM. I was informed the lechon is not delivered yet. I actually informed the supervisor that since i have live nearby I'll drive back at 1130 when I returned at specifically 1130 the lechon is not delivered still I waited for just one HOUR!!! throughout that waiting period we was informed repeatedly that the lechon is definitely on its way Bottomline, RICO'S lechon axis branch made me await one hr, spoiled the complete NY lunch time of the household and got my mom soooooo disappointed this ruined her time and preparation for lunch time for our visitors and what did I get? here's what added salt to the wound. 1. The supervisor PROMISED to contact me to solve the concern. HE DIDN'T. I waited and waited and he didn't. I finally made a decision to call the wall plug and only after that did he explain he was looking forward to a confirmation from the "authorities" of his course of action. In accordance with him, as a supervisor he cannot choose rebates and all 2. I instead received a note from somebody from RICO'S commissary, stating they're giving me a 1000 peso GC. But amusing thing is, from then on message I obtained a recall message informing me to overlook the previous message of 1000GC 3. I elevated this to the eye of the RICO''s axis branch manager. so when normal he said he could be sorry and he will contact me again. BUT NEEDLESSLY TO SAY, he did not My question: 1. what kind of provider training are you currently giving your staff? 2. My issue of RICO's producing me wait for 1 HOUR was in no way resolved (aside from the apology). Finally, I could conclude your RICO'S LECHON-AXIS BRANCH SERVICE SUCKS! from not just a disappointed customer

Went here final 30-12-2019. We were informed that its the very best lechon in Cebu, Philippines. Unfortunately it did not interest our taste. The meats is bland however the skin is quite as in extremely salty. The dipping sauce I've no ideawhat could it be, probably vinegar with butter however, not sure. The meats aswell is tough not really tender at all. Probably because its already been resting too much time. As always I will suggest you test it out for most of us have different taste.

I heard that was where for Lechon plus they marketed themselves because the best. The lechon arrived plus some of it had been uncooked with very clear bloody meats. When I complained the dim-witted waitress stated that it's only a few of the pork thatwas not really cooked correctly and she attempted to go on it aside to recook it. I grew to become annoyed at this reaction and explained that natural pork is quite dangerous and do not they learn how to prepare it. She didn't apologise and simply mentioned I couldn't cancel it and I got to cover it. AVOID THIS Location if you'd prefer your health. Terrible restaurant!

We was slightly disappointed with my go to today. The program was inadequate, waited 6 or 7 mins to be acknowledged, employees were too occupied chatting to one another. They only had normal Lechon, nonetheless it was Mothers Time so that could be forgiven Iguess. The Lechon itself has been very good, zero complaints there. However many disappointing had been when I acquired the costs. The Lechon cost was 370 pesos, however the expenses came in as 461 pesos with the Restos extra charges.
