We had a corporate breakfast at this place and it was a blast!Ambiance - cozy and spacious area. You can move freely and enjoy the wide selection of food they have to offer.Service - was topnotch! Impressed on how attentive and prompt the servers were. Also, at the food stations, they were immediately replaced with freshly cooked ones.Food - i don't know where to start. Their breakfast buffet did not disappoint. Each stations were remarkably pristine and the food were delicious. I can't help but to get another serving or two.Price - quite on the pricey side but it is worth every penny.Overall, Puso is unarguably one of my favorite restaurant here in the metro. If you want to experience a good dining treat, this place is a must.

I love buffet! well who doesn't like it? you get to select and enjoy the food you wanna try, you also get to enjoy variety of foods and a bunch of favorites.!I have been eyeing this place for quite awhile coz I've heard a lot of positive feedback and finally was able to visit Puso Bistro and bar last week of March. They offer traditional Cebuano and Filipino specialties along with international selections. though it's not as extensive as the other buffet restaurants I've been to but who cares? as if I would be able to consume everything lolz. This restaurant is affordable and it's worth a visit! Anyways looking back, I was more focused with comfort foods, coz I had been to a number of buffet restaurants lately hence was ignoring their international selections and carving stations .. well... except for the lechon belly haha..  most of the food tastes superb, some were just mediocre. I had tried different dishes at their adobo station, there was one that I kinda like less because the bay laurel was too much and it's overpowering, it was okay but it's just not my cup of tea. Their pork adobo was oh so good it's well beyond delicious. The pasta was al dente and tasty. Their dinuguan was sooo good too it was firey and was bursting with flavor. Their lechon belly has this intense flavor exuding from the meat and spices. It’s well seasoned, the meat was tender, juicy and soo flavorful! eating it with rice and dipping the meat in the sauce rocks it big time!!! there's definitely a party in my mouth. I had tried some of their food offerings and I must say...It was a perfect lunch! One thing that stood out for me though was their service, I had been to some of the restaurants where the service was absolutely great but with them, oh my, I felt like a royalty, their staff were not just friendly but they pamper you like crazy, they were all friendly, helpful, accommodating, esp the manager because he assisted us right away and led us to our table he was so nice, he recommended to us their specialty, coffee and so on, and he dropped by our table at least twice to ask hows our lunch and so on. He was the friendliest manager I had ever encountered in my entire existence. the staff too, they dropped by our table and asked if we need something, or hows our lunch.  We felt like a real queen and king. It was top notch and whats good was they were treating everyone the same because I've seen them doing it to the rest of their customers. Isn't it amazing??? I had been to 173 restaurants and food chains and I have to say the best customer service award goes to them! The ambiance is great, the place is pretty decent, lighting tone is perfect, place is spacious and I love how big the tables and chairs are. it can even accommodate 2 persons.  And oh, one more thing, I found out that they won't charge you extra if you won't be able to polish off your plate. Nice, right? Anyways, I highly recommend Puso Bistro and Bar to everyone.

We had a meal last night and the food was truly amazing. I had the sinigang and the tuna fillet. To finish things off nicely I had the fried halo halo with ube ice cream. ... very nice. 😎

Excellent service with manager hands on checking everything that needs refill and checking on guests most importantly. I come to Cebu often for business and out of all the hotels in the Ayala Cebu business district, Quest Cebu is one that is top on my list. I always have my senior management check in here also because of the great hospitality that is truly Cebuano. Staff are consistent in their warmth and greetings, Puso manager even offered to get me some juice. Very clean and comfortable place to stay and dine. Maayong buntad!

Friendly service crews. Food served, especially breakfast, is mostly catered to Cebuanos. I love it. They also have congee, champurado and arroz caldo which is awesome. Felt bad I was not able to get a taste of every dish as I have small stomach 😅 but all in all, the ambiance, crew and food are nice. 👍🏻

I am pretty impressed with their Spanish night! The roast beef and cochinillo were the highlights of my dinner there. They also have the other Spanish favorites like lengua and paella. Spanish night is on Tuesdays and Fridays of this month.

Amazing breakfast buffet! Lots of yummy choices and super attentive staff. Just 4.5 coz among all I've tasted the past 2 days, I only not liked the noodle soup from the noodle station. Overall I was very happy and really recommend that you try it out!

The best breakfast buffet so far. Best because it's affordable and a good food. Call canter agents just have to bring their company ID and they will surely get a discount. I love the bacon and salad. The people are accommodating and they keep on smiling,that gives a postive vibes tho. Check photos. :)
