Pizza Hut brings back good memories. I remember eating pizza at Pizza Hut with my family and relatives when I was still little. This was the place we usually ate at whenever there's a celebration or whenever a certain relative from abroad visited us. It just feels nostalgic. Anyway, we ordered American Fries, Cream of Mushroom and Carbonara. The food tasted great and was served hot. Staffs were very slow, not attentive to customers. We waited for almost 30 minutes for our food to be served and we get this small piece of chicken. It was a shame that I went here with my father having high expectations. Pizza hut staffs, if you ever read this comment, if you want to save your business, please be attentive and please be fast. Food is ok. Chicken's too small.

Pizza Hut never failed to satisfy me with their dishes. Their salad is one of a kind and worth the price. Perfect place to dine with your family and friends!

Customer service needs to be improved. Had to wait for long time to get my order. Asked a guy to convert my order from take out to dine in and he agreed however later another guy gave me take out order.Overall average experience might improve next time.

Nothing special but still I love their pizza and pasta. For me their food are too generic just an ordinary one. Affordable and they really have a very big place.

Pizza hut was one of my favorite pizza places back when I was younger than I am now. Always loved their Pizza bread an brust although it maybe a bit oilier than normal pizzas i just love it's texture and feeling. I still come here once in awhile. My favorite would be their Mango Shrimp salad but sadly it's not always Available at all times. The one first pic is their chicken wingz garlic parmesan flavor. Second is garlic break loaf and a Single/solo size overload pizza. Service is okay but I wish they'd renovate this branch.

Went for lunch with my wife and son as we like Pizza Hut when we are in the uk, so thought we would give it a try here in Cebu. The service was ok to start with and then we tried to order Diet Pepsi as we are both diabetic, they had run out! We ordered three different pizza, told would be at least 15 minutes, yet there was only a few other people in the place!! It take very little time to cook a pizza, i know this as I am a chef and I can get one ready in 7 or 8 minutes. First pizza arrived after 15/20 minutes for my son and then nothing for a few minutes, we are then told by the waiter ours will be another 6 or 7 minutes despite other people arriving after us getting there’s, so they have a small oven and can only cook one at a time or did they forget ours.Very hot in the restaurant, no air con or fan, until a load of Chinese people walked in and all of sudden everything is turned on, are we not good enough customers from Europe to deserve air con?

Bad service. They don't turn on their air-conditioning unit. Slow service but their service fee is 54 pesos. I don't get why we have to pay for their service fee when it is their job to serve the customers. Plus the food already has tax. So what's up with the expensive service fee? Pictures from their menu is very deceiving. It looks really big in the menu but the actual thing is so small. Also, we ordered ceasar salad without pork. They gave us only lettuce salad. They should've rename their menu to lettuce salad. Ceasar salad has tomatoes, olives, etc in it. Our salad only contains little bit of cheese, literally rock hard bits of bread and lettuce. I'm never going to eat there again.

the staffs were not accommodating and service was really bad. we have to call for the attention of the servers a couple of times before they attend to you. not worth the service charge on the bill. they should really improve on that. otherwise, the pizza and mozarella cheese sticks were great. carbonara was a bit bland though.
