Pepper Lunch is my go-to restaurant whenever I'm alone in Ayala. I always order their Teriyaki Beef Pepper Rice with Egg paired with Cucumber Lemonade. 😍😍 Great customer service, waiters are attentive, and the place is always clean. 👍🏻

Their beef teriyaki and salmon was amazing with two size options- regular and jumbo- rice topped with corn bits, beef/ salmon and egg on the side. It was served hot (sizzling plate) with no waiting time. Great customer service👍🏻 would definitely come back to try other dishes.

I went to this establishment today at Ayala Mall in Cebu City.I arrived at 12:08 pmI ordered 2 cheezy omelet orders and extra 2 hamburger patties along with an extra brown sauce.The cost for the hamburger patties went up by 50% from just a few weeks ago and the "extra brown sauce" 40 pesos for what was not much more than a tablespoon worth.I said to the workers that I wont pay for that tiny amount and the went and weighed it and said it was the correct amount.I asked to see a manager which they refused.When I arrived, I was the only customer. By 12:48 pm, there were a total of 3 customers.I used to come here 2 times per week...average ticket...approximately 1000 pesos per trip.I won't be coming back at this time. The portion sizes and the attitude, that they wont get a manager nor give more than a very tiny size of sauce for 40 pesos. How many people are done because of these small penny pinching and short sided decisions?Imagine, no customers at noon hour.If it changes, I'll happily come back. I like the taste and the menu but the value for money especially after this visit, simply isn't there. People vote by not showing up.I wanted you to at least know why my 8,000 pesos a month will no longer be spent at Pepper Lunch I wrote this to the Pepper Lunch site to let them know but they wont take the input. No idea what else to do other than post it here. If they put the customer first, i'll go back.Food taste.5.0Portion sizes and other decisions that give a good or bad customer taste in the mouth1.0
