The food is great but I can't really manage to eat here all the time because of the 8% Service Charge which I have yet to experience. They have mixed up my orders, promised that food will be served in 15mins which turned to 30mins.

Not a lot of restaurants were available when Robinsons Galleria just opened. Since i'm familiar with Pancake House, that's where i decided to go.The warm bacon potato salad (175php) was alright, but for some reason the lettuce were fewer than when i regularly order it. Classic pan chicken 3 pieces (255php) was delightful as usual-- crunchy with juicy meat and creamy gravy. Classic waffles 3 pieces (179php) felt like something i could have done at home.Servers sound eager and are ready to assist you, but they tend to hide at some parts of the restaurant. They offer a variety of things, but don't forget to ask since some meals might not be available. This Pancake House branch technically isn't the worst nor the best, but just right when you need somewhere alright to eat.

Spent out Christmas lunch here with my mom and I ordered their Smoked Maple Bacon and it was indeed the best “legit” bacon I’ve had since I was only having bacon strips for all of my life. Haha! My mom ordered 2 pcs. spicy chicken and honestly it tastes great!! The crispiness and spice of the chicken was on point! Love how approachable their staffs too.
