We so love to eat that we dream of being a professional buffet eater someday (if there's such a job) but when it comes to comfort food, we go for a generous helping of salad or a good bowl of soup and in this place, we never had to choose because we can have both! I've never been to Vietnam but when you stepped in to their small restaurant, somehow the fragrant spices take you there. People think that salad can't satisfy a hungry stomach but Phat Pho's BUN (cold vermicelli noodle bowl), which is my favorite, begged to differ. I think it has 20+ more ingredients in one bowl that will definitely fill you up. Carefully and artistically made, it has really fresh and well cut veggies, pickled components that for some - you don't need anymore dressing, good amount of noodles then topped with your choice of well seasoned, full flavored protein - love the pork! That's what you call a meal! Burp! The Bun Bo Hue is a show stopper! Spicy broth with beef, pork, tendons is delish without being overly spicy but they have condiments if you want to make it extra hot (downside: pork sometimes is tough so I request not to put it in) Such a good meal whether it's a  rainy or hot day. Don't forget their fresh spring rolls too - the peanut sauce just tie all the flavors together. Best way to finish is with an Iced Vietnamese coffee! I ordered it few times but for some reason, they can't seem to perfect it. There are good and not so good days but that inspired us to buy our own Vietnamese coffee filter and coffee. Overall, if you are in Cebu, this should be part of your food crawl. Nice people, very accommodating and attentive. Just make sure to come here before peak hours to you can take the best seat in the house which is the kitchen counter where you can see how delicious is made.

Aesthetics: Their food are just so pretty. IG worthy!Taste wise: If you like something Asian and savory, I guess this place just got that taste. The tofu was just the bomb!! However, I suggest you don't order the noodle soup, it just didn't taste Asian and, worst, not savory enough (Ohhh they gave us like 3 spices but they didn't hit the bull's eye. I had to constantly put hot sauce and shrimp sauce to give it a taste)

Came here since I was craving for vietnamese food. Ordered the chicken pho, Banh mi and of course the Vietnamese coffee.Pretty good. I like that the menu serves most of the famous vietnamese cuisines. They are just missing the Vietnamese crepe. Great place for vietnamese food and they're pretty quick.

The Abaca Group never ceases to amaze me. You really have quality vietnamese food with quality ingredients in each dish. If your not really in to noodles, try their Bahn Mi or the Com Chien. A definite go to place.

If you are up for kind of healthy and refreshing food, this is it! Pho special, Chicken Satay, Bhanmi, Cabbage Salad, Rice. Waiters will be there for you to refill attentively your water. Taugi in some dishes might be off for you so request for fewer taugi? This is a must-try in Cebu.

Looking for something exotic, delicious and healthy? Try out the viet cuisine at PHAT PHO. Accomodations are a bit cramped but I dig the industrial design. Service is fast and efficient and food is served piping hot :)

This restaurant gets easily packed on lunch time. Service is OK, authentic vietnamese food at a very reasonable price, restaurants in Crossroads are more expensive than the average in Cebu.

Honestly, I'm not a 100% fan of Vietnamese cuisine. But I appreciated the way Abaca Group provided Cebuanos the opportunity to try other Asian cooking.😊 My wife loves their Pho Bo specially the strong smell of cilantro, basil & mint over a clear broth. I appreciated their chilled shrimp wrapped in paper rolls & their HOT Saigon banh mi. Be sure to prepare yourself with water or any drink on the side as it gets hotter when you are about to finish the entire sandwich! Haha!😂
