We visited this place after the Teambuilding in Serenity Farm. Aside from horrible corkage fees, this place doesn't have friendly staff. Their food is no way close to being called 1.0 rate, very small serving and so pricy. I don't recommend people eating here.

The view from Mr A will surely take your breath away. A restaurant located above the busy city of Cebu with a view of its bustling streets and architectures. Customer service was amazing. Our server was very friendly, interactive and always smiling; able to answer all our questions and offer suggestions depending on our queries. Service time though was very slow, having to wait for our food for about 20-25 minutes. The food unfortunately was mediocre. I ordered the Angus Beef Steak medium rare with a side of mash potatoes and a watermelon shake. The shake and mash were both good but the steak was a little overcooked. Food here is not very cheap. Overall a nice experience lacking a good quality of food.

Been there with friends and i think it's really hard to reach it when you dont own or rent a car or maybe a taxi. Great view and great tea 😍 perfect for dates and barkada chillin. Damn i really cant forget the city lights of cebu

Prices are a bit cheaper than Lantaw's. I loved their crispy kangkong! It could get really cold during the night, oh plus the beautiful view of cebu city lights.. perf ambiance! It could have been a very romantic place if not only for their videoke.

If you are looking for a heavy "lafangan" besh you can always choose Mr. A restaurant. I highly recommend you try their crispy pata as they make the best pata in town. Check out my blog for more.

Good place to chill and relax. Overlooking the city lights and having a delicious meal is the best date for me. For sweet tooths, try their cakes! I'm not quite into their coffee, i think they need a little room for improvement. But overall, it's a great place to go to

The place was okay. Situated on top of Cebu, particulary in Busay. It gets cold at night. The pizza was okay. The service on the other hand was very lousy. This was my second time and the waiters would just walk past you. You are lucky enough to have a responsive waiter assigned to you. You’ll have to wait for a very long time to have the orders on your table and you sometimes have to follow-up your orders for them to serve it to you.

The place is magnificent. They have a really nice view. The food is delicious. So far haven't tried a food i didn't like from this place. Their honey mustard salad will turn you into vegan 😍. This place is perfect for romantic dates.They also have a function room if you're planning for a party.

Bring your car on top for you to enjoy the sight. Don't go there by cab, you'll regret it. Amazing view of Cebu & Mandaue City on top of the mountain while eating good pasta. Service is good and food is (eatable-good) range. Romantic atmosphere at night that I even brought my Mama & Papa there. A perfect place for proposal, ayyiee! The view sum up everything that will make you feel that everything you eat is delicious. What I like about this place is the panoramic view of Cebu City at nighttime plus a handful of skyscrapers.I must say, the experience was pleasant because of the staff's good service and the food's reasonable price. At times, I want to keep the place as private as it is for myself. 😊
