We celebrated our pre-valentines party here with my friends and we were awed by the decoration. We were so early there that we were the only people inside.Friendly and accommodating staff. We asked them to turn down the music as there were only 8 of us.

This place is ok, food isn’t too bad but a little expensive. Enjoyed the sangria. It’s one of those places you can go chill and have a nice drink.

Our first taste of Cebu nightlife.... and we chose just the place! Morals & Malice is an excellent bar to chill at. Interiors are great with Cobonpue designed furniture. The hostesses are attentive without being snooty. And the place was packed with equal mix of foreigners and Cebuanos.We had two of their specialty cocktails. Burning Bush is a strong combination of whiskey, bourbon and a lots of other things garnished with a burning bush! (Actually a twig of rosemary). Morals Sangria is a white wine based sangria. Quite refreshing.They take their food seriously here - not just run o' the mill barchow. Beef Tacos and Beef Lasagna which we got were very good. Worthy of fine dining restaurants.

1. Ambience is quirky, something to be odd is good except for the quality of the dining chairs and/or the lounge chairs. They have extremely low seats and tables or the opposite. The high stools in one corner were too small for my butt and im an asian. I wonder how it would work for some who have big boned pelvis. 2.Ordered seared salmon. It's mediocre. Taste is bland and the mashed potato was dry and disgusting. Texture of the salmon is overcooked. 3.Drinks were the only thing i enjoyed here. The amaretto sour and the whiskey sour were perfect. Not too sour and not to sweet balancing the alcohol with the sour mix. 4.Service is excellent. Prices were a bit high. 5. Parking is limited. It was already full considering that there's still the Tinder Box restaurant below this place. 6.DJ came in at 10:30, music was okay.
