I went to their Tisa branch along Katipunan Street on a weekday night. The place was not crowded. Their menu was pretty lean and straightforward, giving emphasis to their halo-halo choices while also offering some finger food on the side. But to be completely honest, their Super Special Halo-Halo at P60 was only so-so. It was a big serving, but I have had other better tasting halo-halo at around the same price. I thought it could be sweeter. Where is the leche flan and ube halaya? But I liked that it had a lot of fruits in it. I also got a bit turned off by their use of filtered tap water for their crushed ice, instead of mineral water which is the norm. On the whole, I would still go for the halo-halo at Mang Inasal or Chowking for my P60.

I live close by so I've been here a couple of times. Their halo-halo is legendary. When you're on a budget but craving for something cold and sweet, this is the place for you.
