This hotel is significantly less than five years old. The restaurant is incredibly plain (without ornamental touches) but experienced comfortable seating including windowside booths. Staff were pleasant. I had pork fairly sweet and sour for lunch time for an extremely reasonable P180 plus a San Miguel Lightbeer, fairly expensive at P90 (but it is a restaurant not just a cheap bar or even supermarket.) The meal was pleasant. My man dining companion also loved his dish. There have been about 10 others taking pleasure in lunch. That is also the breakfast location for the hotel.

This is a excellent hotel. I have resided in The Philippines virtually all my life and may tell you that is a nice spot to remain. I stayed in a Deluxe space for approximately $50 a night time. The room has been HUGE! The roomwas immaculately thoroughly clean! The aircon had been completely new and worked excellent with remote. The toilet was super thoroughly clean and the water quantity was better than actually experienced. I'm going back Nov to exactly the same hotel. Support was OK, however, not great. Filipinos are recognized for their fantastic hospitality and gracious methods. Mandarin service was okay, but nothing much better than average.

We found the meals and service to become good. The food had not been to expensive. The cafe was quiet whenever we ate there, so uncertain about service when eating place busy.

Very wide range of food. Entire crew was responsive, plus they all had been neat! Fresh fruits were fresh, foods were warm, espresso was great and breads was crisp! We think it’s great here!

We and my gf visited mandarin plaza for supper. Unfortunately the supper was a tragedy and completely overpriced at 2160pesos for both. I paid the expenses reluctantly when i did not desire to cause problems for the younger cashier. I requested at receptionfor the supervisor who was simply absent. I produced my complaint and has been told it might be exceeded along. I did so not receive and conversation from said supervisor and returned the very next day. Having fulfilled the supervisor all i got had been a limp apology. When i questioned for a refund he refused and saud within an off handed way he cannot help. Personally i really believe he just didn't care and finally ushered me from where we sat and walked back again to finish his lunch time. I have stayed as of this hotel on numerous occasions but this can never happen again. My advice, stay away from this hotel for valentines supper!!
