Place: i find the place very cozy. Actually i love the ambiance! Not that big i think can only accommodate 20 people. Very clean and well maintained. Food: i am not fully impressed maybe because i just ordered rice bowls but still i was satisfied with the thai taste of the food. Next time i would love to try their other food too. Price: very affordable yet the serving is big. Worth your money. Staff: very accommodating and friendly. I can see that they are well trained.

Ordered bagoong rice with chicken and rice topped with spare ribs in honey sauce. The portions are big which is a true value. Both are at PHP 100+ This is a place I can see myself coming back

If you want good Thai food with reasonable price, then this is the place for you. Thai food made for a Filipino taste bud. I will not compare this to the restaurants I have tried in Thailand because Thailand is Thailand. The spiciness level of the food in Thailand is extreme. Steamed fish in Thai lemon sauce and tom yum goong are my top picks. And sticky rice with mango for dessert. I guess my only suggestion is to make their food more spicy because when you talk about Thai food , it should be verrrrry spicy and they should also be consistent with their seasoning.

I've been to practically every Thai restaurant around Cebu and I got to say Mae Krua tops my list. I just love the intimate feel their small, non-commercial space has to offer. It adds authenticity to the already-authentic dishes their menu boasts. My friend Asfer and I have our Mae Krua staples: Tom Yum Soup, Spring Rolls, Crab Fried Rice and Pad Thai. The hot sweet-and-spicy soup always kicks off a wonderful gastronomic experience; followed by the fresh crackling vegetable-filled rolls and the ever-so-flavorful Pad Thai noodles and savory rice. These all-time favorites never fail to send our tummies on a high! What I love the most about Mae Krua is their consistency. Their food is never too salty or too savoury - it's always just right! Other Thai restaurants (take Banana Leaf for example) tend to use too much flavor to the point it's cloying. This is never an issue at Mae Krua. I will always be a fan of this restaurant. Their food makes me happy, and I guess that's how dining is supposed to be.

One of my favorite haunts for good Thai food! Absolutely love the tom yum goong and the pad thai. Homey atmosphere, and definitely one of those gems hidden in plain sight.

I haven't been to Thailand, but the dishes of this place speaks of an exotic culture so well that the mouth and tummy hears it. I love this place and I shall keep bringing my family back. Love the scent and spice!

Affordable Thai restaurant in Cebu without compromising the taste. But we noticed that the serving downsized. (They should assign at least one waiter upstairs to attend the needs of the customers.)

This Thai restaurant is similar to the ones you can find in SM City or in Mactan Island Mall but what makes it different is you will not expect it to find in Ramos street & their price is a bit lower than the rest. Pad thai, sauteed veggies, fish in black pepper sauce or green curry, spring rolls, crispy squid, spare ribs, Thai mango salad, bagoong or crab fried rice & spicy prawn soup are my usual cravings here.. Hehe!😅

This place has been existing for as long as I can remember but it took years before I got to try their dishes.I wasn't dissapointed. Their resto gives off that homey feeling. So it's not fancy... dont get me wrong though, I didnt mind at all. I was there for their food anyways and not the ambiance.Thai food is similar to krua thai but cheaper. Servings is good for 3 persons per dish which is great since Thai food tends to be expensive elsewhere in cebu.I would definitely recommend and would come back soon to try their tom yum.

Must try! Everything tastes good. But Spring roll, phad thai noodle, bagoong rice with chicken pandan are my favorites. It's a nice and cozy place for you and your family. Staff are friendly. And its near to our favorite hotel, City Suites Tower. Let me know your favorites. 😁👌👍👊
