We happened to be residing at the Tsai Resort a few doors lower from the eating place. I ventured out in the later afternoon seeking a cool beer, and voila, Una Busa, with great Italian beer. I came back a couple of hours later for supper. I thinkI got carbonara and a tomato and mozzarrella salad. Both had been excellent. And several glasses of burgandy or merlot wine. The owners had been present and had been cordial. The tab had been very moderate.

One of the best haunts in Cebu Town is Una Busa. A quaint Italian location found at the bottom floor of Tsai Resort in Lahug, it is a good location to relax and relax. With an excellent selection of wines for the even more discerning drinkersout there. The chef lists his specials on the panel for your day -- this is in line with the freshest ingredients simply bought from the marketplace that time. Manned by Chef Stefano and his wonderful mother, you obtain the homecooked experience except that this is a amazing Italian chef carrying out the cooking. You obtain good value for the money considering the meals and their generous portions. All that I've tried is merely delicious therefore i recommend you get one of these selection of their dishes!

I would say Una Busa is among the best dining places in Cebu. Pasta, major classes and tapas are good. There is also good wine with realistic prices. Been visiting Una Busa for a couple months and i'm always amazed at the qualityand taste of the meals. My favorites will be the mushroom and seafood risotto, arrabiatta and seafood cartoccio.

Unlikely place with great food but not a lot of menu especially in the desserts. Had just 2 choices - one sold-out - cheesecake on the cup. Penne arrabiata experienced a tasty mixture of chilies and sourness of the tomato sauce. Braised ribs on mashedpotato didn't have that oily flavor standard of ribs. The plate had been more than generous. Is actually a bit an excessive amount of the porky flavor after a few years. Classic natural salad was nothing very much to rave about but acts as a good 'contorno' for the ribs. Amazing has been the complimentary appetizer, I thought, that resembled bite-sized potato crackers. That has been really tasty and addictive. End up being warned that resto will not accept charge card. Cash only.

Searching for Italian foods on Tripadvisor I discovered La Busa in fact it is even near my phil. house and on walking length from JY. I have to have passed it often without noticing. It is a small cafe for 14 individuals max, properly designedand with an agreeable atmosphere. The meals was a lot more than just great just the mushrooms in my own Mari & something Penne must have been soaked just a little much longer. But I am aware that is difficult when you have to use dried mushrooms but still want to provide your food inside a fair timeframe. The possess a number of Italian wines not to mention the Prosecco. Funny for me personally to see was they put the burgandy or merlot wine in a cooler. It had been furthermore a pitty they didn't have got any dessert although on the menus. They tried to deliver me to a cakeshop nearby. Anyhow a good dining experience that i can suggest to anyone.
