The place was okay but the food and service were bad. The waiter was very unprofessional and the food was below average given the price. Not really a great place to dine in.

I was not expecting the taste to be that good. It's a cold and rainy night. I was tasked to research or find a place because my friend from Palawan was visiting us - this place was suggested by my colleagues. Price is okay (hehe) since it was my friend's treat. But yes, the food is worthy of that price. A great restaurant to spend with friends especially if it is a late dinner.

One of the best restaurants in the city! Great food and great ambiance. The service is also good. I love the fact that it's open 24 hours because when I used to get off from work around midnight, I would get so hungry and end up eating here with no regrets. It would be great if they had a lot of spicy food options on their menu and COFFEE as well! But so far, everything I've tried was so good! Not a fan of their blends, though.

Hate to say this but this restaurant is just a disappointment.Considering that their food is way too overpriced.They think that by making their food look good they can put a steep price for it.Not worth it.

I've been here a couple of times and I just love their Stroganov. The place was fine, it's a good place to hang-out with your family in the mornings and afternoons and with your friends at night. The place doesn't have a comfort room so you have to go out two doors down and the guards there we're horrible, they were disrespectful and arrogant. (had to point that out)But the servers were very accomodating. The food tasted good. I just loved their mushroom soup that I had to order extra bread for it. Food was worth it because it's very delicious! Good food, good times.

Favorite go to place to chill and enjoy good food. All time favorite is the Stroganoff. Friday nights as best as they entertain you with a band. But I love Sunday afternoons since I often times get the place all by myself. 👌

Worst service by far. Food was served irregularly. While waiting, new customers got served first. I cancelled the order. The manager even tried to place the responsibility of the food being cooked on me! What kind of customer service is that! Its not my fault they are lousy and incosiderate of my time. Never will come back again.Me and my wife used to dine here before and it saddens me because my wife was so excited eating here again after 2 yrs of being away from cebu. Meals are overpriced, presentation is laughable (ie crazy gravy), portion size is barely satisfying. These were my observations on what was served at our table (around 10-15min served apart). My mom's order and mine never arrived.The manager blamed the kitchen staff for the delay. How about the manager check per table if all orders were served as expected of his job description? Whoever owns this place, i hope you are doing well. This was the worst i have been treated in a restaurant both here and abroad. Shameful. I even rejected their complimentary discount just to show my disgust.

There are so many places to eat at Cebu I.T. Park but there are a few places that has lasted long in that highly competitive area. One of those restaurants is Ila Puti. I love the main courses at this restaurant. It is a good place for a date or even a get together with friends. I normally Stroganov . Their pasta dishes are excellent choices as well.

We ordered their Ga cai, shrimp and Garlic Pasta and sisig. Very disappointing because it took them almost an hour to give our order. Good thing the food all tastes good but the serving is very poor. They have a big place but a not so attentive staff. Please improve your time of serving your food.

What a better way to end the day than to drink mojito. It was a perfect friday evening with friends from Hawaii and we are so looking forward to coming back. We love that their serving's really big and we hope they won't change ever except for better. Thank you Ila Puti!
