I've been here two times. And I've got a great experience dining with them!1️⃣ That was my mother's birthday. Sister Twisted Sunshine and I planned for a surprise for our precious mom. Mother knows that we will have lunch in Hukad sa Golden Cowrie, little did she know that we (sis and I) are planning to sing her a birthday song together with some Hukad staffs holding a prearranged cake. We ordered for appetizers, my fave Calamares and some Baked Scallops. For the main dish, we selected to eat some Crispy Pata with Mongo, Lechon Kawali and Pork Belly. And our drinks, a pitcher of Pineapple Cucumber Agua Fresca. For our desserts, we ordered Maja Blanca for sister, Leche Flan for me and Mais Con Yelo for mom. She (mom) was really surprised that in the middle of our eating session, the staffs came and sang her a birthday song (Hukad version). That left my mom teary eyed while holding her cake.2️⃣ It's our 2 year anniversary and we celebrated it with dining at Hukad. We ordered Calamares as appetizers and for the main dish, we ordered fried chicken of 6pcs with different flavors (Sweet Chili Chicken, Chicken Pandan, Chicken Barbecue, and Spicy Golden Fried Chicken).Staffs are great and approachable. Good Job! 👍🏼👍🏼

Another native filipino restaurant. The quality of their food is delectable. It was my mother's bday so we figured hukad is the place to be. We ordered, crispy pata, pork belly, kinilaw na tangigue, sinigang shrimp, tinolang tangigue, calamares, grilled tuna, pancit guisado, baked scallops and baked tahong. Food were served hot, fresh and delicious! everything was scrumptious,luscious and satisfying!

The best restaurant for Pinoy, best food and drinks. Last time we went here with my friends, we are so busog because of their menu. Totally it wasn't to expensive and you can enjoy it in here. I recommend you to visit this restaurant.

1. Atmosphere/ Ambiance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Nice if you want natural light. The view overlooks the pocket garden in Ayala and Marriott. 2. Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️It was pretty clean. Before they sit people in their respective tables, they make sure that the table is ready.3. Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I'm m battling between 3 or 4 stars. 3 because we were seated in front of their counter but it took them minutes to attend to us. 4 because when we said that the "Mongos" tasted different (after eating most of it), they quickly removed the dish together with the other bowls. They came back and explained but gave us the option to cxl or replace it if we are not comfortable with the taste. We got a replacement and they gave us extra soup.4. Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️Pretty fair. Price ranges from 100-200. If you're a group of 8 like us, it's better if you order 2s of each. Family favorite would have to be their Mongos5. Accessibility of the resto: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So far the second best Filipino cuisine I’ve been to! Their calamari is the best calamari I’ve ever had! Wanna keep coming back there for that. And their monggos is creamy and seasoned well, me and my sister liked it. Yet the baked scallops taste a little bit salty maybe because of the too much butter or something but overall it’s soft. The pineapple cucumber juice we had was very refreshing and it was my first time to have that unique refreshment and we all like it. The grilled pork belly also really met my expectations on it. And their desserts? No words. Mais Con Hielo, Leche Flan and Maja Blanca are just on point. Not too sweet and really melts in your mouth. And we also liked to thank the wonderful and accommodating staffs for cooperating with me and my sister about our little surprise for our Mom. They sang a song in the middle of our eating and my mom is just incredibly shocked that time. She had no idea about it. Thank you for the great dine on experience, Hukad!

Tried the Crispy Dinuguan, Lechon Kawali, Pork Sinigang, Laing & Pork Sisig and they were okay. Value for money is very appropriate and the service is very fast. Hope they just improve on their sanitation since they just put all their used plates in one place. Also they should just use cups of rice when putting additional rice (unli-rice) on our plates since some bits of rice fall on the floor.
