Went to this brand-new establishment after reading through the evaluations. The waiter was quite polite and described the menus to us. We purchased lechon, dinuguan, and ginabot. Lechon and dinuguan had been the first ever to arrive. The lechon appeared dry and your skin quite basic. Took abit of your skin and had not been as crispy needlessly to say. The meat totally dried out. Just what a disappointment. The dinuguan has been too dry. Then emerged the ginabot which appeared so oily. Overall disappointment on all of the three orders.

Incredible staff and hospitality specifically from the supervisor Noel. The very best lechon in Cebu for me. Ate at Ricos the night time before trying home of Lechon and HOL is a lot tastier with superior service

The service was good and the staff knew the menu well. The meals itself was typical. Being the 1st time I'd attempted lechon. Your skin wasn't as sharp as I'd hoped and the meals was cold. It had been delicious. The had to depart my frozeniced tea since it was simply much too sweet for intake! Perhaps an improvement in cultural palettes!

Lechon was delicious- from the person that doesn’t want pork. I noticed Cebu was popular for their Lechon therefore i had to provide it a go! We ordered 1/4 Lechon, scallops and garlic rice. I was likely to simply take just one single biteout of Lechon since i have don’t like pork but finished up eating plenty of it! Epidermis had been crunchy and the meats was tender. Scallops part was tiny but extremely tasty. Would eat here again.
