This place is so cozy, they suprisingly offers affordable and good cocktails. We had a lot of fun watching pba during a weekend at the top with awesome city view. Definitely worth a visit, a must when you go to Cebu!

Quite remarkable meal this evening! The French onion soup with perfectly balanced flavors , not salty, and the flavor of onions in a flavorful broth topped with melted cheese and bread. We loved the chefs garden salad made fully vegetarian by request and we raved of the grilled chicken with fluffy mashed potatoes gravy and vegetable medleyThe drinks we ordered were well prepared including a margarita ,martini ,and the drink of the day called a granaryHats off to the chef Dandy Moga and waitress Jesalyn Barez

Menu was limited with little bits of everything: Filipino, western, Korean, etc. This lead to an unappealing selection of foods to choose from; perhaps best to specialize in one cuisine. Food portions were small and taste was mediocre as well.HOWEVER, the service, ambience, and decor were amazing. Service especially was outstanding.Highlights is a restaurant that gets everything right except, ironically, the food.

Got to try their PHP 98 cocktails and it was good! They also serve mocktails (alcohol-free). The open area is not smoke-free though. They also have a live acoustic performer every friday to sunday, i think.The place is also on a roofdeck, so it's best to go there by sunset, transition to city night lights. You'll get a good view of Gorordo Avenue.The place is romantic and good for dinner dates. I recommend choosing the spot near the piano by the bar.I haven't tried their food yet but seeing their menu, a meal for two persons would cost only PHP 600 pesos which is good news for students who are looking for a venue this Valentine's Day. Better reserve early though.Service was excellent. It was my mom's birthday and they gave her a special chocolate cake with matching candles and serenade from the live performer.I recommend this place to my friends for dinner or just a casual hangout. You won't be disappointed.

At the roof deck of Harold's Hotel is the Highlights Bar. It is an awesome place to chill at night. You are going to enjoy having drinks here because here you can enjoy good food and amazing drinks over an awesome view of Cebu's Central Business district.Last time I was there, we tried their sisig, ribs, quesadillas, roast chicken, lasagna, and ravioli.  It was a filling meal and I enjoyed eating it while watching Rain or Shine beat Alaska to win a PBA championship.  They have a large screen there where they sometimes show some important sports events.  I love their cocktails. The Hershey's is my favorite.  It is like located chocolate drink which brings a smile to my face every time I take a sip.  For girls, I would love to recommend the flaming tower. ;)

My go-to hang out place after work or with a date. Cheap beer and pizza. Plus great view. Cant go wrong with that. Also, service is great, staff is very attentive and would always ask if your beer bottle is almost empty..

Probably, the fanciest place I've been to in the Philippines. And, for sure, one of the places I liked the most. The view is good, but what makes Highlights so special is the ambience. Good lighting, good live music and great cocktails. I went there two nights out of the three days I stayed in Cebu, which pretty much tells how much I liked it.

I am always honest with my reviews. We are currently here at the moment and I cant wait to send reviews. Trust me when I say that THEY HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in Cebu. Or anywhere Ive been considering I have been in different NZ and PH restaurants. THE BEST and I am not exaggerating.Polite staff. They check on you all the time.We have jake fernandez. The best but not only jake but most of the staff.We had pork sisig and pork bulgogi. Pork sisig was a little bit salty but my friend said it has always been amazing until this night. I dont mind. The bulgogi serving has a super small serving. The customer service was superb. Ambience was wonderful. Best city lights. 180 city view. I dare you guys to try and comment on this post if im wrong. :)
