This place is so cozy, they suprisingly offers affordable and good cocktails. We had a lot of fun watching pba during a weekend at the top with awesome city view. Definitely worth a visit, a must when you go to Cebu!

Quite remarkable meal this evening! The French onion soup with perfectly balanced flavors , not salty, and the flavor of onions in a flavorful broth topped with melted cheese and bread. We loved the chefs garden salad made fully vegetarian by request and we raved of the grilled chicken with fluffy mashed potatoes gravy and vegetable medleyThe drinks we ordered were well prepared including a margarita ,martini ,and the drink of the day called a granaryHats off to the chef Dandy Moga and waitress Jesalyn Barez

Menu was limited with little bits of everything: Filipino, western, Korean, etc. This lead to an unappealing selection of foods to choose from; perhaps best to specialize in one cuisine. Food portions were small and taste was mediocre as well.HOWEVER, the service, ambience, and decor were amazing. Service especially was outstanding.Highlights is a restaurant that gets everything right except, ironically, the food.
