Food is good. Unlimited rice but the drink is limited. Workers are accommodating and friendly. Area is not so spacey. I would suggest to try their bbq, it is good.

This has been a fave spot for me and my friends. Ive always loved their food especially when they had the budget meals. The fried and roasted chicken was delightful and also i was surprised with their sisig because its made with a twist and its so delicious 👌

I was looking for a resto that can make my tummy happy because i was so so hungry that time.. i'm always eating in a sea food resto and most of the squid prices are the same (well some are a bit high but expect it more delicious). The chicken meal we ordered arrived first.. looks delicious but goodness it's half cooked.. then here goes the sizzling squid for the price i'm expecting a good one.. and blaaahhh.. it's also half cooked i can still smell the "lansa".. the taste?? I cant seem to figure out.. we just ate like 3 cuts of sizzling squid. 'Will never dine there again

Sisig with chicharon as the meat. Calamares dish good for one infant. Cheapskate management, cheapskate owners, cheapskate cooks, non-cheap prices. Don't. just dont.

Apart from its nautical theme, I've always loved the food at Giligans. I used to frequent their outlet in Glorietta complex when I was still working in the area. As such, I suggested we go here for lunch. We ordered a few items family style - sinigang salmon belly, boneless chicken teriyaki, sinuglaw (a local ceviche dish), sizzling sisig, sweet and sour fish fillet, pork barbecue and giligan's fried rice. I've tried four dishes - sisig, pork barbecue, chicken teriyaki and sinuglaw. The sinuglaw was good. The meat and fish were fresh. The vinegar was strong, giving that sharp sour taste, which was good for dishes like this. The chicken teriyaki was also good. It was lightly flavoured with the chicken tender. I liked that it wasn't too sweet which is an easy mistake to make with teriyaki. The pork barbecue was a disappointment. The marinate was good and Flavours were there but it was over cooked. It was dry and one stick was even almost burnt. Nobody likes a dry and bitter-tasting barbecue. The sisig (the reason I came) was also a let down. It was dry. It lacked the mayonnaise-y creaminess that it was supposed to have. The pork was crunchy and tasty but without the mayo cream, the dish simply tasted like any other. It is no longer the signature dish I came for. Service at this outlet was ok. We were the first customers so a bit surprised that it took a while to get a staff's attention to get our orders. After that, the service moved fast. This place is moderately priced which is typical for this type of restaurant. You get good value for your money.Despite this underwhelming experience, I will still visit Giligans whenever I have the opportunity on my visits to Manila.

Ambience ✔ Food ✔ Staff ✔ At 99 pesos, you can have a satisfying meal. Me and my friend dropped by past lunch, and had sweet and sour pork, fried chicken and pork sinigang. Food are reasonably priced too. One of the must-visit restos in the city.

Budget meals with unli rice is very popular here. I've tried the pork barbecue and it tasted good. My order came with complimentary drink and a smile.

    1. Atmosphere/ Ambiance:⭐️⭐️The place looks gloomy. Dark interiors. 2. Cleanliness:⭐️⭐️⭐️Because of the dark interiors it makes me judge the cleanliness part. They need to adjust lighting.3. Service:⭐️⭐️⭐️It was okay4. Food:⭐️⭐️⭐️Too ordinary. 5. Accessibility of the resto:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Giligans is always one of the best restaurants for affordable group meals with beers! Giligans takes you inside a ship because its ambiance resembles the interiors of a ship. They serve Filipino food that are just common to our palate. Their Rice All You Can Meals at Php 99.00 has a wide selections compared to other restaurants. We've had their Beef Tapa and Baked Pork Belly. The Pork Belly was indeed soft and its sauce was very tasty. This is a stand out in their Rice All You Can Meals! Their servings are just enough and worth the price you are paying for. Service tho is inconsistent depending on the number of customers dining.
