When I crave congee and noodles, I head to this location for convenience and familiarity. There's something about this location that reminds me of some years back and the distinct flavor I find only right here. Been here often.

Best to make it happen earlier because seating is bound. Note second flooring dining no elevator or escalator. Portions are usually average plus they use MSG.

I visited for lunch merely to get yourself a dumpling fix, which place exceeded anticipations. The fried dumplings had been very fresh and unbelievably delicious. The Xiao Longer Bao were also excellent despite being large. That's all area of the fun! I'd skip theHar Gow and adhere to the pork dumplings. Despite getting stuffed, I thought significantly about ordering another circular of fried dumplings because they were so delicious. The chili sauce will be homemade and in addition great, not the most common pepper seeds in essential oil. The service was friendly, plus they even had a craft beer available. What a deal with in Cebu! Many thanks!

We went there in a weekend and had not been happy. Service was really slow also to think only fifty percent the region was occupied. I ultimately discovered that their kitchen just got 1 burner and 1 steamer. There is absolutely no way they are able to keep theorders arriving with only one 1 burner! The noodles inside our noodle soup had been overcooked! tofu and lemon poultry were only okay. Beef with broccoli has been good though. Portion sizes were little and our bill found over 500 pesos per person that is costly considering what we purchased were basic varieties like noodle soup, congee, and others mentioned. We were not in a position to try their xiao long pao because they were unavailable. But taking into consideration the waiting period, their price and foods quality isn't worth waiting for.

I've eaten here maybe once or twice. The food is great and the meal dimension is definitely plentiful. When its just a little occupied the service does decelerate a lot. Having said that the value for the money is exceptional. Many dishes remain the 200-250peso that is costly for the locals but as a foreigner excellent value for money

I actually missed Hong Kong. I celebrated my 46th Birthday celebration at Hong Kong Disneyland this past year (January, 2020) however the moment I very first attained Fung's Noddle Home along Salinas Drive situated in Barangay Lahug in the town of Cebu after Dr Cesar Acebedo invited meand Kawi for supper, it made me believe that I had been transported back again to Hong Kong about ten years ago when I grew to become one of the nearby Hong Kongers for approximately 8 weeks (September -October, 2011) as Ocean Recreation area Hong Kong Halloween performer. If my memory acts me correct, I was residing in Kowloon area. With the Hong Kong like home design, it's the exact imitation of where we consume and purchase our food, especially this classic Chinese Hot and Sour Soup that is always found on the menus. It cut back some sentimental remembrances in pursuing my desires to become a global actor and performer 10 longer years back when I was nevertheless 37 years old. I can't stand Tofu but this particularly savory Salt and Pepper Tofu is what I really like. It's crunchy rather than the typical softer spungy consistency and its a little spicy too. I totally recommend this dish. The Lumpia Shanghai is similar to you take in lumpia with siomai fillings. It's something not used to my taste buds.
