Seeing that Fudge has one of the highest reviews in Ayala Center Cebu on website, I just had to try it. The place was nice-- very whimsical but I found the lighting too dim. I came here for some dessert and ordered the lava cake (their bestseller), and the frozen brazo de mercedes. The lava cake had a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Truly indulgent, but quite sweet for my liking. Difficult to finish on my own because of the sweetness. Desserts were properly priced because the serving was more than enough for one person. Not much too say about the frozen brazo because it wasn't anything special. Plus points though for not being too sweet.

One of the best places to eat. Period. Crispylog and pork adobo are a must try. And of course, for dessert try their famous, unbeatable Lava Cake.

Decent food, servings are kinda small and taste is mediocre but okay for the price. Desserts are on point though! Some may be a bit too sweet, but thats just me I guess. They look great and taste great. Service is okay, not so attentive, they don't refill our water glasses often enough. The place is cute, sometimes crowded but it's okay somehow.

ORDERS: Mango Surprise Cake, and a Lava CakeMango Surprise - 110PHPIf you are allergic -- or you simply don't like nuts, don't buy this. I personally found the taste bland.Lava Cake - 120PHPI personally found it too sweet because of the chocolate fudge. The ice cream helps a bit but it can only do so much with the overly-sweet lava cake.PLUS, they have a 10% service charge even if if felt like their service is lacking and inattentive.Their menus are close to tearing apart as well.

The meatball is a must-try! Really big serving and could more than enough feed two people. Their lava cake is also really good. Great place for dessert lovers.

I’m not really a fond of sweet sweets now, but Fudge made an exception. Their lava cake unconsciously made me into a little bit of a sweet “lava”. Plus, their ice cream-topped cookie (I forgot the name!) was so soft as well. I have already tried their salad and pasta too, and they were also yum. Drop by there, yeah?

The food is really great and delicious and the serving is also big. However, the serving time is slow, do not go here if it's for lunch (since 1 hour lunch break is not enough) because of the slow serving time.

Worst service ever! We ordered 4 pork steaks. 2 of them arrived 30 minutes after ordering but they weren’t cooked all the way through. So we had them recooked. 30 more minutes later, they came with 2 new orders. Another 15 minutes passed, and the 2 pork steaks we had recooked arrived. Making our order “complete”. It took more than an hour for them to give our orders. Other tables who came later than us received their orders before us. Not coming back.

What a horrific experience I had in this place.I ordered the seafood chowder that doesn't look and taste like it, even the texture is off. I think the cook is goofing around and needs to be fired. The pork steak is 60% bones, doesn't taste good and less sauce I had to order an extra bowl of sauce. Plus it was not tender it hurts my jaw eating them. The salad was okay, but could be better. The desert "turon" is a piece of crap. It was burnt, doesn't taste good at all.I used to love this place but today they didn't do anything right. They've gotten lazy I guess. Not eating here anymore.

Went to Fudge yesterday to have brunch with my partner. Ordered their silog meal. We actually had a hard time looking for what to order mainly because their silog section only has a very few selection. We just then ordered their Crispylog and Chori Burger which was good but the prices were too high for the food. The mango shake that we ordered tasted like the local mango juice bought at vendors outside school.  The only thing that I really liked the most is the fact that they accept GCash. It was easy and fast. But the ambiance and the food lacked a little life. I hope they'll add more on their menu and brighten up the vibe of the restaurant.
