If you want to open a restaurant or a bar, and you want it to be a success---sell nostalgia---The Fabulous Fifties Cafe which is located on the 21st floor of the Crown Regency Residences in Cebu City, is just one of the few places where people visit because of its vintage appeal. The place is full of Americana-themed decoration. I love things like this, anything that reminds me of the good old days.  Collectibles like these are worth a lot of money. I'd like to share with you some of the photos that I took. It will surely bring you back to the past. Everything screams of nostalgia and happy memories. The restaurant serves typical Filipino-American fare. There's a cover band that plays during the weekends and at times, you can rent the entire place for gatherings or parties. Most folks just chill out when they visit Cafe Fifties. You can have a couple of beers, a plate or two of finger-food.

When you are planning for small parties with friends, this is the place for you! They have a lot of themed rooms which suite your party needs, karaoke for people who itches to sing the night out and a lot of good food to choose. From pika-pika like calamares, lumpia shanghai to pizzas, sisig & not to mention their bucket drinks! Haha! You will definitely enjoy there!😁👍

Their baby back ribs is wow! It's super sulit for 350.00 pesos only! And the Restaurant is super cool with so many vintage collections! ❤️ They have live band everyday starts at 8pm.

If you love the TV show American Pickers then you will love this bar. The owner of this bar is a certified Pickers and pick anything old.Soo dinning come with nostalgia

This place will transport you back to the Fabulous Fifties!😄It took quite some time for the servers to notice us and to lead us to a table, though there weren't that many customers. We were seated on one of the booths and we proceeded to order drinks... We just wanted a night cap, so we just leisurely drank our beers and listened to the live band...🍻 There was a lot of great memorabilia to examine... I liked their vintage camera collection best! Btw, visit the back room where they have an upside down car hanging from the ceiling!😁I can't comment on the food since we didn't order any... But for me, the service was just passing...

We only came there to drink so I can't comment about the food. There was a girl band playing old songs and they were great. Too bad there was only us and another table on a Saturday night. We ordered beer and were pleasantly surprised when they gave us a free platter of peanuts. I was in awe with the decors and kept taking pictures. I got busy in between listening to the band, posting pics online (their wifi is fast btw) and chatting that it took me some time to finish my beer. I was talking to my friend while pouring the last of it and we were having a serious conversation. The moment the bottle hit the table, a waitress appeared out of nowhere and noisily took the two bottles. No "excuse me" or anything. I was so surprised that I lost my trail of thought. The clanking of the bottles seemed intentional, it's as if she was saying, "hey, time to order some more!". I felt embarrased. We didn't like it and decided to leave. Kindly teach your servers be more polite next time and to just let your customers be until they ask for you. 😊 That's -1 point deduction. A - O.5 deduction for the scary elevator going up the 21st floor and the last -0.5 for the place being so empty on a Saturday night.

Fifties cafe will surely bring you to 50's ambiance from the name itself. If you stay where the band is, it's quite hot but if you reserve ahead of time you can use the function room. The food is just okay but it's quite expensive.

The moment I stepped inside I felt like I was brought back in time.. I saw a post in social media that features fifties cafe so I thought wow the cafe is awesome! Indeed I was not disappointed with the interior coz it looks exactly the same with the pictures posted in social media. The place is so surreal that that it can be a perfect spot for holding a vintage themed parties... There are tons of antique collections....The place has an exceptional interior layout and I love it... Indeed its similar to the Rocko's diner in vancouver that was featured in riverdale tv series....I brought my mom there for an advance mothers day treat however we didnt stay longer as there is no aircondotioner... We were sweating very intensely...We could have ordered more and stayed longer only if there is an airconditioner... Thats the only downside of this cafe overall though I still love the place!...

Food - the food was great! It was good enough for its given price point. They have a really big food serving for the platters A bit pricey but when going with a group of friends you could just order one platter and it is enough. We ordered one platter and it was good for us a group of three. And we almost didn’t finish it. But it was really tasty! Service - they were pretty nice and very attentive. They also dress up in a fifties outfit which is a plus yay Ambiance - nice! Items there was more on 50s memorabilia which is good, nice for a river dale themed photoshoot haha they also have a great view of the city lights. Great place, except the music should have a more 50s feel to it. They play more on EDM modern music which isn’t really 50s or it isn’t apt for a fifties cafe. Only complaining about that because when you think of a fifties cafe you associate it with a soothing and soft kind of music. But that’s just me 🤷🏻‍♀️ and by music i mean the music over the speaker and not the music from the band. Ventilation - They don’t have an air-condition in their room. The only air-coned place was the function room.Overall I would say this is a must try!

Food and ambience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐-Reasonable price and generous servingsService ⭐⭐⭐⭐Accessibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐-Tower II, Roof DeckDon't go here if you're suuuuper hungry, if you're ordering food it might take you 20-30 mins even if it's not crowded. But what's also good about fifties cafe is that it's peaceful and very spacious. Will definitely go back.
