Their sandwiches are well cooked here. You should try all their sandwiches cause all of them are tasty. I love the crisp of the toast but also the soft side inside. They're very generous with the meat and veggies. I wasn't able to picture the sandwiches tho, but the sandwiches come in a big size. Big enough to stuff your stomach and not eat again after an hour. Beverages are all good. Their bestseller Cioccolato or something like that is good for 2 people. It's that in the long glass. And it's so yummy. Like having Starbucks but something cheaper but better. I forgot what that other thing was called but it was sorta in a cute glass jar and said had oreos. I was so excited cause I love oreos. I thought it was up to the brim or almost cause it's how it looks from afar, but it didn't even reach half the jar when you start spooning it. I didn't understand the taste as well cause the texture is so delicate like foam. I tasted a little oreo yeah and cream but I can't explain exactly if it was good or not. Order their beverages and sandwiches and enjoy the beautiful interior. The price is soooooo affordable for the tasty and fulfilling eexperience

I absolutely love that there's a decent coffee place here in Talisay. I usually have to go all the way to Bo's at Starmall since they closed down the one at Gaisano Fiesta Mall.Great coffee, good and even impressive size, with prices that range from P95 for an Americano and P145 for a Fragola Choccolato, it's absolutely worth it. Only thing I think they could do to improve the place is to provide more seating. Although the long couch is really comfy, it takes up all the space and makes it difficult to have private conversations between groups.Place is open between 9AM to 9PM.

Due to the high humidity, studying in my room has been pretty difficult because my focus would sometimes be disrupted by the heat, and I easily perspire. So my ultimate go-to study place is Excelsa since I only live nearby. I spend about 4-6 hours studying in their comfortable chairs and the baristas/employees never asked me to leave. They're also very friendly and accomodating.

I like their frappes or their cold drinks better than the hot ones. I always thought their hot drinks were too strong for my coffee style but overall I like how affordable and delicious their drinks are. The staff are very accommodating and I also like the fact that I can just charge my gadgets, too. This is a good place for any student looking for a cafe to study, unless of course the shop is catering a lot of customers who can be a bit too loud. For a hot summer, you can enjoy the cold breeze from their aircon. They also allow food from the outside but their own grub are good, too. I haven't tried but judging from their visuaks, they must look scrumptious.

Finally! A proper coffee shop in Tabunok, Talisay with affordable and delicious ice blended drinks. Their tuna sandwich is to die for! Accommodating and friendly staff. I wish there were more seats though.

Excelsa is a breath of fresh air to the dusty, crazy scene in Talisay. We visited this place a couple of times to work on our design projects and their staff are really forgiving. There's no limit to their wifi and you can just plug in to charge your devices. We personally love their loose leaf tea, which is a really good effort rather than serving store bought tea bags from the groceries. Tried the sandwiches also and they were in adequately big servings, too much for a small lady like me, but "bitin" for sharing. One thing that struck me as odd though was how their hot chocolate was served. It was served in a tall clear glass with a straw! It's hilarious trying to sip hot drinks from a straw, because then you'd have to wait 'til it's not too hot before you can enjoy them.Still, I'd give this place a "good job!" for bringing a bit of modern class to the crazy Talisay area.

Excelsa comes off as a semi-sophisticated kind of cafe with its modern, industrial furnitures and interiors, decorated with large wall pictures and a simple, direct floor plan (mainly because of the shape of the the leasing space itself). Menu-wise, they have a good amount of choices for caffeine-based beverages, which are quite good, at a usual "cafe" price, and a good amount of selection for their desserts.Although it's a good place for coffee-lovers, it's sort of a let down for non-coffee goers, with the usual packed or loose leaf teas, chocolate frappes and lackluster variety of other beverages without caffeine.Still, considering the lack of good coffee houses in the Talisay area (with only Bo's Coffee at Starmall), Excelsa is a good place to hang out, chill, do homeworks, and the like, just not the best one out there.

I really love the interior of excels a. So calm and peaceful, so different from the busy streets outside. I love the wifi ( well 😏) and also the cake and other pastries. I don't have much to say for the coffee coz I'm don't drink coffee but I heard it was good.

My favorite tambayan since it is near in my place and the coffee is cheap. The crew are accommodating. Their wifi connection is not working, lol.
