Went here yesterday night time for an instant dinner. The food, specifically their soups and their lumpia truthfully preferences bland and disgusting. No flavor at all. The only real food I liked had been their steamed fried rice. Heck, also the Iced Tea lacked flavour! An excessive amount of sugarwas used with an excessive amount of water, rendering it bland and as well sweet. Won't eat with this establishment again.

Poor customer service. Won't inform you just how long you need to wait. There are always a loooot of pending orders. And staff helps to keep on shouting at one another and arguing and blaming fault.

Everytime I head to Cebu, you need to eat at Dimum Break!! Really like their collection of dimums, and their rice bowls are usually good in itself.
