FOOD: Food was good. We had Norwegian Salmon which was really big and delicious and Peruvian Steak. Although I find the sauce of the steak (in a separate saucer) a bit funny, the steak would suffice cos it was sumptious. AMBIANCE: Definitely worth going here 5/5STAFF: they were really friendly and helpful but we waited quite a while for food serving. Nevertheless, everything’s okay.I’d definitely come back and try all of their dishes

Delice Recipe is my go-to failsafe resto. Big fan of their Peruvian Steak and the Baked Brie Cheese. If you love your cocktails, they have refreshing ones in the Php100-Php120 price range. My favorite is the Mango Basil Mojito but the Frozen Mango Margarita was also not bad. People come here at night because the view is great. But I prefer to come over when it's not competitive to get a good seating.

The place has a nice overlooking cebu city. It’s only a small place but the food is great and tasty. They offer large portion to share. It’s worth the visit again and the price is okay 👌🏻.

Good food but the service was bad although i understand it was valentines day so expecting it to be busy. Recommend to visit the place on no occasions to avoid slow service.

Delicé was such a great experience. They serve really good food, from their salads to their main course. A very nice and not too pricey place to take your loved one(s) for a chill dinner spot with a stunning view of Cebu. Friendly staff and service is fast btw.

The view is really beautiful and has a romantic ambience. The food is also really good. My only concern is that there are only a few servers and due to overloaded work they aren't able to attend to others costumers concerns immediately. Also, the location isn't very accessible for those who don't have a car. But overall, it's really good and I would recommend it to those who are looking for a romantic place to take their dates.

They actually open at 11am. The place is nice! I love the food! The crew are friendly! I like the ambience! Good place to date! Nice city view! Mobile signal is challenging unfortunately.
