Cyma always delivers. That's all that I can say. I've been here a couple of times and I love their food. I think they have the best moussaka ever. And their gyros is top of the line. The ambiance of this resto is super fresh. You get the Mediterranean vibe as soon as you enter the place. It's kept clean and well condition through the years. Great place for a quiet and decent meal.

It was my first time dining here and one thing is for sure: it won't be the last. My parents, who apparently ate at Cyma multiple times already, suggested we order their favorites: watercress pasta and watercress salad. Sadly, we were told that they ran out of watercress and so we flipped open the menu once more and reluctantly chose different ones to replace our supposed orders with roka salad, leonidas pasta, beef souvlaki, and crispy fries. Both my parents understood, though, because according to them, watercress is a bit hard to come by.Each dish took quite some time before it was served to us, which I soon disregarded upon seeing that all dishes had such generous servings that fulfilled my evidently famished state. Satisfyingly delicious and healthy food, now who wouldn't want that?

I love Greek and Mediterranean food, so I was really looking forward to dining at Cyma, despite the overall higher price. I ate there today, and had some of the Mezedes, and tried the dips (Tzatziki, Hummus and Melitzanosalata), served with pita bread, which was quite tasty. I had the Horiatiki Salata, which delivered what it promised, although I felt there were a few too many onions, and the overall salad to feta cheese ratio was a little off-balance.I also ordered the Lamb Gyros, by the time I got it, I was already more than a little full, so I only had a few bites before I had it wrapped up to go (on a side note: another plus is that Cyma does deliveries). I was a little disappointed to find parts of the lamb tough, chewy and gristly, and it took a long time for the server to get my bill and eventual change ready. But other than that, staff was friendly and accommodating, and I would still come back to dine there at least once more before I leave Cebu.

The best steaks that are less than a thousand pesos would be found here at Cyma. Their lamb steaks are so good that we even ate there with the same order 2 days straight. I even have a loyalty card because of that! Lol. Goes to show how much we love their food. 😘
