The place has a little left to desire judging from the place where it is situated. Anyway, the food what not that bad though. Well, I tried worse from a known korean fast food.

Food: we ordered their chosun chicken of course and i love it, the price was reasonable. ambiance: a bit dark for me, hot since we went there early so the aircon wasn't on yet. the place was small.service: was mediocre

the food was great, the staff was so accommodating... the only concern we've got was the time it was served, I know the authencity of food was there but it took us a while to feed our tummies, another thing there was no wifi 😔

Food was great! The service was not so good as the staff did not tend to our needs right away. They even had bad choice of music, instead of playing kpop music, what was played were opm songs and we had to request to have the songs changed. It really gets rid of that korean food vibe we had before entering. I'd still go back there for the teokbokki.

I've been looking for a place that serves Korean fried chicken and I finally found one. Their chicken is tasty however, I've tasted better. Just order half cause they're quite generous with the serving size. I'd definitely come back here very soon!

Went here for lunch and I enjoyed it. I love the chicken (we ordered regular chicken in chosun and sweet & sour sauces). We ordered cheese topokki, kimbap and beef bulgogi, too. All of them are delicious! They offered a plate of side dish too, the cabbage salad(not sure of the name) and the radish one. But for 6 people, i think a small plate of the side dish is not enough 🤷Aside from that, the staff needs more training. The first staff who got our orders can't answer our questions about the menu. I hope to see improvements when I come back.

OkayI was craving for Korean chicken, especially I miss eating 4 fingers. Chosun chicken came highly recommended but I guess I was expecting more. I was not satisfied with the amount of seasoning. I was hoping it will be flavorful up to the bones, but mostly it’s just the skin. One thing is for sure though, their chicken tastes better than the ones in BonChon.

Service is the worst. The waitresses prefer to talk amongst themselves than to serve. We had to ask for our rice 2x before they serve it even though the rice cooker was just a few feet away. They gave us a pitcher of water but we had to ask for the glasses. We asked for some extra sauce from the waitress but it never came. We had to ask a different waiter for the sauce and he got it from the chiller that was near the rice cooker. Their water bottles are not washed properly as shown in the pictures. We are never eating here ever again.

Chicken is yummy but service is worst!! Waited so long for our order. When we decided to pay first and ask for the bill, we found out that some of the food we ordered were not listed!! None of them were even apologetic!!

Service is the worst. They had already served us the complimentary side dishes and service water but we waited for an hour and yet the food we ordered was never served. Tried to follow up on our order. As it turned out, our orders were never punched in to begin with so we were waiting for an hour for nothing. Did not feel that the servers were apologetic about the mishap.
