My favorite place after my work. My friends and I usually go here and just having fun with our drinks while talking.May not be the coolest to hang out with your friends but still one of the best.

I was a bit disappointed with the pearl milk tea that I bought. There were only few pearls in my milk tea. It was really substandard. I don't like the attitude of the staff .. Especially the girls ..

Good price. Great ambience. I like how they have these tall tables for two aside from the big ones because then I won't have to feel guilty for occupying too much space especially when I go alone. Nice and approachable staff. They play music with just the right amount of volume that it doesn't disturb customers like me who likes to read inside the store. I love how Chatime puts in a lot of pearls in their milk teas that sometimes it becomes too much that I have already finished my milk tea but there are still pearls left in my cup. Medyo sayang to leave but it's hard to sip without the liquid.

Chatime's Pearl Milk Tea is the best among the rest of all Milk Tea shop in the city so far. However some of my friends notice that difference with the taste of Ayala Mall Branch compared to IT Park branch. As per them, there's really something that differentiate the two. 😂

The first Chatime branch I visited was in IT Park. I was pretty impressed about the variety of milk tea flavours they serve. They got me hooked up with their chocolate mousse milk tea and their super yummy Parmesan fries! I still think they serve the best milk tea and one of the best flavoured fries in the city. When I knew they opened at Ayala Center Cebu, I just got really excited.... I always crave for their Parmesan Fries! This branch is quite small compared to its counterpart, so I don't recommend this for long "tambayans".

For a long time now, I didn't dare visit this place, because I thought it was super expensive. Contrary to my first impression, it was affordable! I even fave that rice they offer at on 18 pesos, which is actually good! Not to mention the drinks are good to, given the fact that you could actually select your sugar level. Over-all impact is great.

Prices are competitive. They have their own blend of milk tea. Some drinks dont have toppings, if you want to add them, extra cost. Sugar and ice levels are adjustable. They also offer some food options like sandwiches.

I have to be biased. Nothing beats their taro milktea for me compared to any milktea shop in the city. It's what I usually order or shall I say, "craved". I often have 50% sugar and 50% ice on my large cup of course with pearls. A great combo for me.

I've been into teas and milk teas lately. Trying it here and there and I tried the pearl milk tea here since I heard it's their best seller. It was good and I got a lot of pearls I didn't finish it all 😓 PLACE: itso decent. Love the choice of color, and the chairs were so elegant. Like having a British Afternoon tea except the background music at that time was reggae 😂 the place was small tho. The price was perfect for the milk tea! Sulit ra.

Everytime I have meet-ups with friends or clients in Ayala, I'd always make sure that we meet in Chatime. I like its cute & cozy ambiance. The purple theme & comfy seats also brings out the elegance of this small tea place. And I'm also a big fan of their milk teas and lattes. My personal favorite would be the Taro Milk Tea with pudding and the Chocolate Mousse Latte.I just find it disappointing that they only have 1 charging station here which is located at the corner near the glass wall. And that they are usually out of Matcha on my EVERY visit (which means I'd have to go to a different tea place in Ayala just to get my Matcha Milk Tea fix). Same with their branch in IT Park. I mean, why don't they just remove it from the menu if they're always having trouble acquiring such ingredient. Hmp.
