I was here this January with my family. If you're here during dining time(lunch or dinner), you'll know that you need to have your name listed in the waiting list before you get tabled. In our case, we were 3rd from the list, and only waited for about 15 mins before getting tabled, which is not bad at all, given it was quarter before 8pm.The staff was very attentive and patient, one call and they'd come right away to your table. We didn't have a hard time ordering, as the waitress waited til we have settled on what to order. A plus also for smiling.The place was spacious, and could cater alot of diners. The place was also well-ventilated, however, the smell of food comes out from the kitchen, which sticks to your clothes after.We ordered 2 Brian's Ribs, and a Peter's Pork Steak, a pitcher of iced tea, and the Death by Chocolate. The ribs was truly amazing, very tender and has that right amount of tanginess you'd want, although the buttered corn was a bit bland. The steak was strongly seasoned, like it was bathed with too much thyme. The iced tea wasn't even cold, but they did give us glasses with ice. The dessert was truly a stand-out. What better way to end dinner than with a mouth-watering chocolate madness, but we did have a hard time finishing it because it was really really hard!(frozen). Hahaha. Over-all, the experience was quite great. Would definitely come back.

The restaurant provides the best-seller item in the menu the brian's ribs, however it lacks a few of the other items in the menu such as the fish and fries the fisherman's platter. There was also 2 cockroaches flying around the restaurant. There was only one sink where you can wash your hands amd it was located within a one person restroom so if someone was using the restroom you had to wait for your turn to wash your hands. The restaurant does not keep up with the theme of the other casa verde outlets, as an old american themed restaurant. The service however was fast. Overall the good traits of this outlet of casa verde cannot mask its inadequecy

Casa Verde is a family-favorite. Food is inexpensive and good as always. Last time we ate in this branch, our order wasn't taken correctly the first time so we had to wait longer, but over all still was a positive experience. We always order their baby back ribs each time we dine here, an all-time fave, because it's guaranteed to fill your meaty cravings and the sauce is sweet. And I also tried their beef steak, The Dax, cooked medium-rare. Meat was tender and soft, goes well with the sauce too.

We had our lunch here to celebrate the Mother’s Day. As usual, we came early to have our name listed for the priority line. We waited almost 30 minutes before we even have our table.We ordered enough food to cater for 7 people. Although it is understandable since it is Mother’s day and they must be very busy, we waited almost 50 minutes for our foods to be served.Despite that, it was worth the wait. As always, the foods are very delicious.!

Very fast service! I also like how they always make the couples sit in their booths. Haha! I love their food, it's really good and you dont need to wait. Ny boyfriend said it's the fastest serving restau he's ever been here in PH (he's an American) would always want to go back. As for food prices, it's so-so. Not too expensive, not too cheap. But their servings are HUGE. One serving can be shared by two to three people.

Not worth it. Very poor sanitation and service. I ordered potato soup for my baby and found a cockroach on it. They replaced a new one but i was disappointed. Brian's rib is dry. And the staff are lousy.

We had a very bad experience with this place. Ordered the food at 12:58 and until 1:50 food was still not served even after 2 follow ups. Me and my significant other walked out feeling insulted by the pathetic service. Never coming back to this restaurant ever.

Our expected sumptuous meal turned out horrific because of the horrible service this restaurant offered. I was with my beau and his sister; we arrived later than 12 in the afternoon and we ordered then and there...However, almost an hour passed, we made several follow ups, but the food were not served. To add fuel to the fire, the malodorous crew asked us to be PATIENT and to wait for 10 minutes more....Like, what????! Seriously!!! The service was unfavorable and the crew, who didn't even stand a chance for the word "Pleasing Personality", were awful. The experience was disgusting and very disappointing. We've been there for several times before but we're not coming back anymore.

had dinner here with my classmates some time last year and it was the typical restaurant service— non-existing. i suggest that they should train their servers because they are not attentive, and they don’t even bother to ask if you need anything else after food was served. additionally, serving time is too long(even if there were just a few of us dining in this place that time). one thing that’s good here is definitely there signature ribs. they had generous serving on it. in fact, one plate is good for two already.

I am a fan of Casa Verde. Am a regular at the Ayala and Cebu IT Park branches. But I have to say, the Seaside branch does not meet expectations.Sure the food presentation is still excellent but the taste, especially, the back ribs we had earlier today, was something I wouldn’t ever want to come back to.Even my 12 yo daughter commented that their canteen’s cheese sticks taste better than the one we were served.And oh, maybe you can encourage your food servers to be more polite, cheerful and mindful of the guests. The ladies present where either stoically standing on a corner or chatting wildly like bats; hardly taking notice on the clients they were serving. Food quality and service go hand in hand.
