Got lucky. I had been in the area, simply past lunchtime and believed I would go find some espresso... well, this is right next door. The location can be in the Capitol Web site area, and simply off Osmena. Convenient, but peaceful, and combined with foodselections - coffee, Cheese Loaf of bread, Cheese Roll, Poultry Quiche, Egg Tart, Cakes - it is a great location to stay in. The espresso was excellent - fresh, and I believe more genuine than what you would reach most chains. Great seating, aircon, cafe songs, and folks coming in not merely for coffee and snack foods but bigger takeout orders aswell. Good assistance and attentive. Prices just a little below bigger chains. Will see a reason to come back here, I enjoyed it a lot.

I really like everything about Cardinal Coffea. Their staffs are actually helpful, their Fooood, all are just sooo goood! From Cakes, Breads, Coffee, Non-Coffee beverages and their pastas too! Their C.R is quite clean. I really like the place- basic but elegant. Enjoyed getting upwith my friends 😍

Ensaymada and Cheese rolls will be the best inside Cardinal Coffea. On my visit to Cebu this location was on top of my checklist as recommended by way of a friend. Cardinal Coffea was literally half of a block from my hotel thus the regular Espresso afternoon and a sliceof their ensaymada or cheese roll. Quiet and good ambience following a long time of sightseeing. Highly recommended.
