I did not walked in to try their meals. It's just that, the bundled breakfast of my Escario Central Hotel room is served at the café. Wide selection of American-inspired dish fused with some Filipino flavors are offered.I just ordered Filipino breakfast; daing na bangus, garlic rice, and scrambled egg and it did not disappoint. Servings are quite a heap too.I would love it more if they offer fresh fruit juices.

I visit this place every other month for our district meeting. The food is good. But i am only giving 3/5 for the service. It needs improvement. I waited more than 40 minutes for my take out :(

I had the american breakfast- it was OK but I expected more considering the price. I felt like I can make that at home LOL. It was also a bit warm there, the AC was set at 27! The tables are very basic and it is not spacious. Serving time: 30 mins! LoL. Overall it is OK but OVERPRICED tbh...

I'm gonna talk about the food in this cafe. I ordered their buffalo wings(pictured), oriental salad, lamb adobo, beef lasagna. Im sorry couldn't get the photos for the other dishes mentioned. First off, the Buffalo Wings. It was delicious! The chicken meat itsef is well seasoned and succulent. The kitchen knows the real essence of how a buffalo should taste like. Why? The dish has adequate acidity in it most likely white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar, it is spicy, and has the correct buffalo spices. The sour cream with bluecheese sauce is also very good that comes paired with the sourness and spicyness of their buffalo wings! Outstanding! 9/10Secondly, the lamb adobo. The lamb is so tender, the kitchen must have slow cooked it and it's bursting with their flavors yet not too intense and for this i could still smell the lamb meat which us supposed to be. Lamb adobo is not too oily either, meat is tender and full of flavor, comes with their garlic rice which pairs it incredibly! 8/10Next up, the oriental salad. Ofcourse i tried this first as an appetizer. But i had to talk about it here as the 3rd one. The salad comes in with only 3 pieces of lettuce but the lettuce is fresh, crispy. The salad, has crispy wonton in it, shreded papaya, and drizzled all over with their sweet and tangy dressing which blends well with the greens. Very balanced and delicious. 8/10Now for the last part, the Beef Lasagna. The only down part of this review is this dish. Pasta was not fresh. It lacks freshness to it. The cheese was coming off the whole pasta, the ground beef was bland. Theres nothing to it. I have to give this 3/10But overall, majority of the dishes were excellent and i am safisfied enough to give this 4 stars. Finally, the service is very good. Staff were polite and attentive and got all our orders correct. Ambience is a bit cramped explaining that it is a small cafe really. We were sitted upstairs where they had a few tables and chairs and still cramped. But that doesn't matter because this place was really intended to be just a pure cafe perhaps with no intention of serving main courses. Anyway, i will be dining here again.

I was too hungry I was not able to take photos of my food. LOLI ordered toast and eggs. Their food is affordable and what I like about them is being able to accommodate customers early in the morning. Their service is okay.

I was very disappointed bec I specifically recommended this to my sis-in-law, who came home from Singapore. She's a very good cook and since I know Cafe Sarree to be the Best of Cebu's best breakfast place for 2015, I made sure we tried the place out. We left the house earlier than usual, so we can still order their breakfast menu, took an hour and a half to reach the place bec we live in Consolacion (tried their Escario branch), and ordered their adobo flakes, cebu chorizo, baked mac, barbecue chicken. food arrived 45mins after ordering and the kids were very hungry already. there were a lot of staff, and the staff who handled our orders was very nice. Just wondered why their chorizo was too salty. their chicken sauce on the side was super salty. :( disappointing.the only good review i would probably offer is their brazo de mercedes @180/slice is delicious.

Food is not delicious. Food is even pricey. Gutom kaayo ko daan, pero wa gyapon ko glami-an. 😒😒😒Also, It would even be harder to order if you are seated at the second floor for there's no means of communication, buzz or bell for them to know that you need their services.Overall experience: disappointing

i love the breakfast meals, especially the angus beef tapa. the second floor ambiance is classy. you’ll surely love to stay longer there. they do not have a big space, however, it was correctly utilized. they have a friendly personnel. it’s accessible since it’s also near the road. it was a bit pricey though but all worth it

Went here the other day to have some snacks. We ordered chicken quesadilla, mac n cheese and forgot what the pastry was called, haha.I like the chicken quesadilla - I did notice that it seemed to have more of a hint of spiciness than the beef quesadilla we tried in their Ayala branch. Didn't really like their mac n cheese - too bland for me. Even the burger patty was bland. Didn't try the pastry. The ambiance was just alright. Didn't like the waiting time though - we waited like, 30-40 minutes and we were, literally, the only customers present at the time. They also do not have free wifi, which is (always) a minus for me.
