We had lunch here today and we ordered chicken pandan. However, the chicken pandan I ate was undercooked. Blood was still coming out from the chicken everytime I take a slice. What's the most frustrating part is that they only re-cooked the said dish. I was expecting them to change it but they didn't. And also, 2 chickens were undercooked but they only changed one. My cousin was furious so we ended up cancelling the order.

We were recently invited to a birthday dinner at Cafe Laguna's SM Seaside outlet and boy, oh boy, it was one delightfully gratifying banquet from start to finish. If you're looking for a place where you can savor everyday Filipino dishes skillfully transformed into fine works of art set in an elegant atmosphere, then look no further, you've come to the right spot. Even better, you'll be surprised that their menu is not-so-pricey at all. The serving crew were friendly and attentive. Our lovely hostess, the celebrant, certainly knows how to feed a bunch of hungry tummies. Nothing whets the appetite more than a table filled with only the choicest Pinoy bites such as the Crispy Pata, Bam-i, Bulalo Soup, Chopsuey, Kinilaw Tangigue & Seafood Platter. Now, that's what I call a sumptuous feast! All of the above tasted just heavenly but amongst this bundle of goodies which one appeased my tongue the most? The Kinilaw Tangigue, of course! This raw fish salad soaked in vinegar & coconut milk mixed with garlic, calamansi, onion, ginger and chili peppers is simply fabulous!

Food was great esp the tenderloin tips. Service was excellent. The environment was so relaxing (idk but we went on a friday). Will go back 👌

Cafe Laguna is a great place to get authentic Filipino food, it’s just this branch the service is very poor. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and I arrives at late 7 o’clock and it was just annoying that the waiter told me the food will arrive in 20-25 mins. But it was worth it for the food was great and yummy, it’s just the service is so poor. I wish it could be improved in the other branches the service is pretty good/fast.

Food and service were good. Nothing much special on the menu just like any other resto in the city serving Filipino dishes. Nice ambiance. I would still recommend though.
