Wanted something to consume. This restaurant was fairly crowdy however the service was quick and nice anyways. It isn't expensive and the meals was good.

We was billeted in another of the pension homes together Juana Osmena Street. Since my resting quarters did not provide breakfast, I experienced to venture out for breakfast. The signage, "Boosog" caught my interest. I thought it had been a clever method of using alocal word 'busog' which means full and happy. The staff were extremely polite. I am very little of a rice eater therefore i ordered for half of a cup just. Alas, they wouldn't permit it. I purchased another dish, an assortment of vegetables and seafood. I didn't realize the serving had been quite generous. I must say i could not complete everything and I got so much remaining. I requested the waiter easily could take the others house. I did not need to waste it. After strolling a few steps from the cafe, I observed a mother with two kids in the corner. I gladly offered the others to them and I really believe the portion was large sufficient for the three of these.

In all honesty i'm not certain this can be a restaurant I visited, i;m not used to tripadvisor but anyhow...the food was nearby cebu menu. Crispy pada and soft shrimp we ate entire. Mongos soup plus some some other i forgot the name of has been actuallyreally quite good. A little unhealthy but thats very regular apparantly. Oh yes and a good corn rice type point rather than actual rice, it had been much better than rice actually.

first time having meals as of this restaurant. nice collection of food. tasty, sufficient portions. crispy kangkong has been crispy, crab packed talong relleno had a lot of crab. crispy shrimp had been similar to crispy prawns therefore i cannot pop it right to my mouth area, unlirice. they function buko on the shell; well presented. problem were sinigang that used the commercially availabe sinigang blend and was really sour and then there is 5% surcharge on my charge card. the only real place i actually went where this occurred. the area was comfortable sufficient; conversation possible. ambiance perfectly for a great filled meal. Attentive, useful, and friendly attendants .

Food was excellent. Must try will be their rice substitute known as "Mais" (its something among rice and couscous but created from corn) you can just discover this in cebu! On my first image you will notice the comparison of both. Sea food wasalso great. I recommend this for tourists who would like to try filipino food.

Food was alright and affordable. Unli rice offering had been certainly an advantage for the weary and hungry. Servers had been polite and attentive. Nothing magnificent though, not your house if you are searching with regard to something festive and memorable.

This is definitely the best filipino restaurant. Wide selection of filipino dishes to select from. And their seafood monggos would be to die for. Strongly suggested.

That is about my favourite Filipino restaurant. I could never withstand their baked scallops, and their Bicol Express. With garlic rice and a Pilsen or Red Horse and I'm home. But everything we've tasted right here has been awesome.

Boosog is really a local cafe that serves unlimited rice. This restaurant is among the locals favorite, cost is reasonable and meals rocks !. Not a bad spot to enjoy your preferred dish.
