Bigby’s food tastes average and the food presentation is not so impressive. I just like how they have big servings and fast customer service. They also offer a wide variety of selection - from salads, soups, sandwiches, pasta, steaks and more. You have many options.

Grilled Chicken Carbonara is so creamy😋.I was able to finish the whole plate(gigutom jud ko)😂 Ambiance was nice 👍🏻 but the area was a bit small. Food was great and affordable👌🏻

Expect this place to be full especially lunch and dinner time. The staff were very accommodating, gave me a table while waiting for my friend to have lunch. Though the service was a bit slow, it's understandable because of it being jampacked. The food was good and worth the price. I just have one concern though. Desserts should be served last, in our case, it was served first so by the time we finish the main course, the ice cream already melted.

The place is very busy. You might not get seated immediately during busy hours - lunch and dinner. Some staff might not notice you and just walk past you. But once they get your order, it is served immediately. Lesser waiting time.

This is one of the few restaurants in cebu that i grew up with. I love most of their dishes and prices are reasonable. I like their pork belly on a sizzling plate and garlic rice combo. :)

I enjoy eating at the Bigby's branch in SM more than the one in Ayala. First off, the waiters and waitresses are consistent in being friendly and attentive to the customers. While waiting for our food to be served, their wifi is always stable even if there are a lot of other customers connected to it. The place is comfy. The ambience is nice. And the food never fails to surprise us. They have big servings and I can definitely say it satisfies our tummies and our appetite. I can't count how many of their food I've already tried since I've been here a lot with my boyfriend. They also don't take that long to cook the food which is awesome! The only thing I didn't enjoy was their Squiggly Rings. It had no taste at all. So that's pretty much what I'm sure to never order again the next time I decide to dine at Bigby's. Lastly, the restroom could use some better cleaning.

One of my faves, a must recommended restaurant to everyone! I really don't like carbonara but bigby's carbonara is the best I've ever tasted! Also there tapa bai is the best! & my most favorite is their ribs!

Ordered Crispidilla as an appetizer and it was really bomb! 💣 For my main I tried their famous Rack-a-bye-Baby. I was expecting the ribs to be tender buy naaah I was disappointed. Also, I ordered mashed potato it was bland asf and wasn't mashed well.

I came here with cousins just as the mall opened but I was surprised that we had to be seated outside as it was already full inside. The service was good. The waiter was quick and smart to suggest an item in the menu which was a combination of our our different orders: a big plus to the customer service. Also the food came in fairly quickly considering that they were busy.We ordered a combo with the ribs and sinuglaw. The ribs was perfect but I was a bit disappointed with the sinuglaw as it was not tangy and it was oily, most likely from the coconut milk they used.Over all, it was great. I will go back there and probably try the other food.

My friends and I decided to eat here because we wanted to try their Baby-Back-Ribs and a friend recommended Bigby's. I should thank him because the money we paid was worth it. We also ordered Chix Ahoy! Service is good, they're friendly. Thank you for making us feel at home Bigby's. We'll be back soon.
